    I keep getting the words mixed up. So easiest way for me to remember is that you exhale when you flex..."ex" when you "flex".

    Hey Naomi! Could you please make more of those beginner workouts? Your ab one was perfect for me. Not only have I always felt like I cant exercise in general but I have chronic illnesses which mean I physically cant handle intense workout. The length and instruction of that video is amazing for me and has been keeping my strength up during lockdown without over exerting myself. If you could do a collection of other parts of the body like legs, booty, stretches etc....it would be amazing 🤍 you could make them into a playlist! Thanks so much xx

    this has been so helpful! i’ve been feeling heaviness in my chest for a while during my time at the gym and i knew it had something to do with the way i was breathing during my workouts. still going to see my doctor if there’s any heart related issues i could be predisposed to but overall super helpful video!! ❤️

    • @naomikong
      @naomikong  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      leilaniii_f Never too late! 😘 Simply start with the lightest weight possible & when you can comfortably do 12-15 reps with good form, increase the weight. 👍🏼

    This video made me confused.
    Other video I watched made it simple.
    Start Rep : inhale.
    Finish rep : exhale.

  • @denniperez8028

    Because I see u talk about concentric first and it’s not what you first do.
