I can't tell you how much the squat rack intimidates me haha. I also love how you said it's more impressive for someone to squat fewer lbs with perfect form than a ton of lbs with bad form. I have to get over my fear of embarrassing myself because I can't lift as much haha. Thank you for making this video!
I just started squatting at the rack today and I'm alrdy noticing a few mistakes I made that were pointed out in the video lool. Thanks for the detailed info it's very helpful!!
You're the only one who's actually explained everything in amazing detail thank you so much! you gave me motivation to go to the gym because I've done these, but im never balanced with the barbell
Girl I've been looking for videos like this and yours are the first ones that actually make me feel like I can do this! The way you break down every step is exactly what I need. Thank you so much for what you do. You're helping so many people.
I really appreciate all the attention and detail put into showing all angles of the machine, things us beginners wouldn't have even considered understanding before it is too late!
Started powerlifting 6 weeks ago and grown a massive love for it. Although the squat is my worst lift and my most dreaded so far. Thankyou for this video, you made everything so clear. I was practising my form today but another lesson tomorrow so will definitely be watching my form closely. I am more of a low bar lifter as it feels alot more comfortable and getting my depth right also is requiring alot more work.
This was so incredibly helpful! I want to start lifting, but I'm super anxious when I don't know what to expect. Seeing you explain everything from the VERY beginning has been great! Thank you!
I really like it that you don't make anyone feel like they should be ashamed when they don't have the best form. You showed what a bad form looks like, but still kept serious. I like that :)
I'm surprised with some of the negative reviews. I was so impressed with the th-cam.com/users/postUgkxMwYg0MOXR4M-oGeyBsNSYe1aPOUoRH6D cage that I got the lat pulldown attachment that goes with it. It is equally outstanding. I don't have one complaint other than putting it together is a job. The instructions and packaging of the parts are very well designed and organized. Also, I stripped and damaged the pull down cable the first day, admitting it was my stupid fault, and they quickly replaced it at no charge. I'm 6'5, 280lbs and fit in the cage just fine. Glenn B
I'm so glad I found you. I'm sure you have saved me from incorrect form and neck issues. I see people at the gym doing the stuff you said not to, and I had no idea it was wrong. Thank you so much for the tutorial.
Am so glad that I found your channel, got back to working out again almost a month now I’ve been doing squat but didn’t do it the right way I was making my hands too wide, but after watching your video and going to the gym today it was much easier for me. The difficulties I faced was getting up I felt too much tension but today it was so much easier. Thanks a lot this video was very helpful.
This is so helpful, thank you Naomi! I’m so glad I stumbled across your channel! I think I’m strong and confident enough to try to barbell squat again. Ahhh I’ll do it tomorrow. Wish me luck bestiesss 😭😩
