Juicy tender beef ribs on the pit boss champion barrel smoker

I’ve not smoked beef ribs on the pit boss champion barrel smoker before, have done plenty on the akorn and pellet grills so wanted to see how these turned out using the barrel smoker. After modifying my pit boss I wanted to see how she went holding temperatures and it certainly did the job.
The end result was juicy and tender ribs, unfortunately I would say I definitely over seasoned them but everything else on the smoke was a huge win.
