    How do you do a video and not even know the names of the putters?

    • @logancarman1917

      Completely agree. Take 15 seconds and figure out the names. Not knowing the names makes it sound like they are just phoning this in. Not good

      Thought the same thing too. And they are claiming they do all kinds of fittings. Certainly don't seem like experts.

    When you have a stroke like Bryson you can follow with your eyes to make sure you take it back the correct distance. Definitely not recommended but could help people with speed control.

    Have DF3 in the bag. The biggest thing it helps with is start line. It's like it's automatic. The face stays square throughout the swing and just rolls the beautifully on line just about everytime. My putting has always been good, but with the LAB, it's been brilliant. Just have to get the read and pace right and they just seem to roll in.

    Recently got a Lab DF3, On the first day I made a 40 ft straight putt in a match. That's the perfect test for a putter's performance.

    I took my son into your store to look at the PXG Allan and walked out with a Mizuno putter. He wound up not liking the PXG. But I am still interested in the Zero torque putting craze so will you be testing the Axis1 Rose 2.0?

    Not sure about the idea for your next video. If you yip the putt and manually twist the face of the putter, the technology isn't going to help. What might help is the massive MOI on some of the larger models.

    • @PatrickRice1992
      @PatrickRice1992 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      There’s a lot of face manipulation when he’s putting. Definitely twists the face a lot which is counterintuitive to the technology of the putter

    • @robp.7769
      @robp.7769 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@PatrickRice1992 The technology should be helpful for minimal-moderate twisting in the stroke since the face will return to square a bit easier. Certainly not a fix all, but you should see some gains if your stroke is a bit wonky or inconsistent. However, if you straight up yip it through impact, as he seemed to mention interest in testing in the intro, no technology on earth can fix it. That's why they invented the broomstick!

      Great points you guys, we think these putters can make the most amount of difference on putts made inside 10' but can certainly help with all putts if you can hit your lines more consistently. Thanks for watching and sharing 👍

    Guys, I really like to have my putter upright. With it being center shafted would this effect anything with the fitting? Thanks

    • @embersgolf
      @embersgolf  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It shouldn’t effect the fitting as long as the putter is properly aligned to your stance and the shaft is the correct length. Should be able to have it upright no problem when they dial in your Lie Angle 👌 Thanks for watching Todd 🙏

      You hit your driver 12-14 times a round and pay $600+ with a custom shaft. You use your putter AT LEAST 28-36 times a round, how is it worth less than your driver?

    Honestly, I’m relatively new to golf and when I initially tinkered with my putting process I tried following the putter with my eyes to catch a center hit and works for me. It feels as if I’m in tune with the putter in that I can see and feel the feedback on where it hit on the face right away. These putter’s are great and would game one but I’m still loving a milled blade. Great video and appreciate the perspective 💪🏼

    Don’t you consider Axis1 as the OG? LAB in my opinion is a copycat. My favorite is the PXG Allan.

    • @canyonaro
      @canyonaro 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Axis1 is a different concept. They use the funky hosel to put the head CG right at the sweet on the face. LAB's CG is near (not exactly at) the location where the hosel enters. Then they use their weights to balance it so it's torque neutral when swung at the spec'd lie angle.

      I’m agreeing with sentiments in the comments. Would be worth taking some time to understand the putters you purportedly will fit people into. The OZ.1 comes with the option of no forward press, which is a big thing, and no mention of that.

    You got so many names wrong in this video. You might consider re doing the video and getting the names correct. It’s an injustice to the companies that worked hard to produce these putters. Not just LAB but also Odyssey.
