Yesterday my daughter and I completed a 5 k (free) on behalf of pediatric care. Ok, we donated ten dollars to the cause. A beautiful walk in a local park, with community and fresh air and sunshine. Lovely.

You are so right Margaret, joy and happiness are available to us all, whatever our budget. A hot cup of tea and a library book, searching for a treasure in a charity shop, walking in nature, helping others, volunteering, visiting a museum or art gallery....who needs to be an actual millionaire? I expect they're very stressed trying to hang on to it all! Simplicity, kindness, caring....life is in the details- absolutely! I love your hairband! 😊

Nice bathroom story. Sweet to pay it forward, Margaret. It’s so true, the little things that count, that bring us true joy. I’m thankful every morning that I can get up without pain or fear. A lot of people don’t have that ability because of illness or just where they happen to live. No fires, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, erupting volcanoes or bombs dropping in my neighborhood. I remind myself daily of my privileged, not rich, but wonderful life. ❤

Slipping a mite bit of coin anonomously into some ones pocket is such a joy it is utterly spiritualy emamcitating, Lady Mag's. So happy souls have met right here in the 'knowing' of that feeling. Very 'Holly Go Lightly' then disappear like a mist that was never there...a miasma of gentle kindness that lives within the human heartened spirit. What a feeling to reach out to another and for no other reason that one person needs it more than you do...and all intuitively in split second of recognition. Truly I believe in those celestial moments of giving/philanthropy when least expected a nd no matter the amount because an act of the heart ♥️ is priceless. Humanity at it's finest. Hello Margaret, today I searched out your Bali videos and loved watching them, I yearned to go to Bali for years, it held a real pull for me. When my son moved to Australia I was able to do two brief stopovers and really loved it. My son now lives in Bali and since the pandemic have been lucky to have two amazing holidays, and spent time in Ubud, it is a magical island ❤

Hi Margaret, I have found in my situation that I’m 66 and very lonely. Friends I had either moved or died. Covid came and only went out if I had to. Everything has changed. I have to put my baby down in a few days.

I am so sorry you are going through such a difficult time. I know the pain and sadness that comes with saying goodbye to a beloved pet. I also understand your loneliness. I am sending a big hug and hope that "the sun will come out tomorrow", If there is any chance you live in New England, U.S. I hope you respond. Having a nice cup of tea is very healing.

Sorry you’re feeling so alone. Many have sent hugs, so you know people care. Please search out your local library. Most have book clubs, or exercise classes, even painting nights. If nothing else it’s a clean, dry place to meet people. You might even volunteer. Try it. I’m sure things will turn around for you.

My hair is the same way Margaret...I like long hair but my hair is so fine, I really look much better with shorter hair. Love your videos....they help me accept just where I am, as I get older. By the way, I like simple just like you and very small living spaces. Thankyou.

Hello Margaret, a morning grateful meditation is a great way start the day and gives a whole different perspective. Family, friends, mountains, ocean, trees, flowers, food, animals, birds, health, sight, hearing, taste, the list goes on. There is so much we have, and it is good to remember how lucky we are. Margaret I bought a hair scissors (thinning scissors) online..its one you can use yourself, just chop into a few long places and its amazing when you feel like shortening the top and sides..you can just do it yourself.

Hello Margaret, How did you happen to come to live in Switzerland? Is it a beautiful place to live and is it affordable? Is it possible and How hard is it to find a small apartment for about a year?
Hello I moved to 10 years ago to start a sixtyandme. Family lived here. It’s a beautiful country. Hard to find apartments in certain areas. Are you thinking of moving?
Not moving permanently, but doing some long term traveling where we would stay in lovely places for 6 mo to 1 year at a time to thoroughly immerse ourselves into an area. We would rent our home out here in the US until we decided if a move was something we really wanted to do. I was mostly curious as to what the benefits were of living in Switzerland.
