Dang, as a 23-year-old, some of these are things I would be telling my teenage self. The other points feel like future me is giving current me a pep talk. Really needed this video especially as someone who also went through a mental health crisis in school growing up and is now deciding to go to college for the first time. The timing could not be better. Thank you for making the content you do, it makes a big impact. ❤️

lovee all ur videos so far literally binge watching them their so good and informative and the way u explain things makes everything seem simple and make sense im trying to change the way i think and my mindset so when bad things happen i can grow and heal and actually understand why i felt or reacted like that and how i can combat it instead of feeling hurt and in my feelings all the time and not getting anywhere with them which isnt helpful for anyone so thank you becuase ive noticed ur videos are helping me see things in a different light im not near enough at all where i want to be but ur videos definitely are having an impact and i love it sm

Men's deoderant is SUCH a hot tip. All my girlfriends and I have been doing this for years. You usually get more per stick and it's crazy how much better it works.

It's one of those things you don't want to believe because it's so incredibly silly but it really is better and I don't know why deodorant manufacturers are like this 🙃

@@laceynicole8668 oh no! Sorry to hear that. My friends and I all use Old Spice so I don't have any other recommendations but it could be worth testing out a different scent or type. I know they have quite a few different kinds.

I was crying and this really picked me up. Thank you for sharing! I agree with a lot of these. And I needed to hear the one about God, because I've been trying to rely more on faith and feeling a bit embarrassed by it since I spent so much time and energy when I was younger fighting my religious background lol.

You've identified the first story you've told yourself! (That you're miserable because you don't work hard.) Now you have to figure out if that's factual (I don't know you, but I suspect it's not! be honest with yourself!) and if it's not, where did it come from?
