i love this. and it is soooo insane how facial features go in and out of "trends". like all the hot celebs of the 70s had really thin lips. these are just trends.
@@womaninwood9177Maybe that reframing is a big step toward that self love. It’s hard to pull that out of a void, but the reframing opened her mind to viewing herself in a new way. When someone reframes her looks in a negative way, she still has this Botticelli card up her sleeve to keep her strong.
We need to STOP treating our face like trends mannnnn. The whole point of human existence and experience is each individual's uniqueness. Everyone having the same features and styles is like taking the colour away from this world ....
This helped me a lot esp with recurring moments of old hurts. “Someone hurt me like this before. This hurt feels old, this fear feels old. I can’t control all that, but I can control how I will hold/protect/carry myself through it THIS time. Who / how do I want to be this time.”

M'LADY! I'm 41 and my doc told me that I'm high-risk Osteo and suggested I start lifting and taking supplements. Your video about accidentally learning to love working out (and Spotify playlist) got me INTO working out. And I HATE working out. 3 months later, I'm still at it. So a huge ✨THANK YOU! ✨ for that. Also, ridiculously cute-as-a-button workout outfits have been procured. 🙌😆
Oh. My. GOSH!! That is a huge shift you made! I hope you know what an achievement that is. It sounds like you were ready and hungry for a shift, and just waiting for something to tip u in that direction. So glad you went for it ❤❤❤
Oh my gosh, the getting out of shape to get back in shape is so relatable. Im really good at getting "back into shape", Ive been doing it for 20 years 😂
It’s Sunday morning I’m pregnant and laying in bed with a cup of pudding and Caroline Winkler just changed the game by telling me she folds the big laundry first. This is my self care. Love you Caroline! ❤ 😭
BAH. wait!! thank u for saying this bc i literally worked SO HARD on the camera angles!!! i had this huge surge of energy that i wanted to make my vlogs a little more cinematic and i am SO HAPPY that you commented this!!! thank u!!
Thank you for being so open about the things you do for your beauty. In your video you say that you don't want to influence people into doing those things or buying those products. I want you to know that you actually achieved the opposite which is great! For me it's important that you have been so transparent here because I've never done anything like this in my life - no cosmetic procedure big or small. I don't wear make-up, I don't style my hair and I don't make any other effort - I just make sure I'm clean and well-groomed, eat well, exercise, nothing else. I am a mom and I go mountain hiking a lot for long periods of time, so my lifestyle does not really allow for more. When I watched your videos, I often thought: How can you be so effortlessly perfect? Why am I not as naturally beautiful as Caroline? It's a great relief to know how much work and thought you put into your appearance. Now I can watch your videos without feeling “not good enough” and I feel more comfortable in my own skin again. :-)
This is a great great thing to hear, and feel. I think I care a lottt about how I look. It was very a high value / emphasis in my family :/ and it’s certainly tied to my sense of worth to some degree. It feels like a constant battle. Whatever the end result is, it never gets back that time and energy. I can confidently say, you’ve come out on top here ❤️
Thank you so much for answering in this lovely way! I forgot to add that I think there is no superior way in this area (beauty procedures or not etc). I love how you carry yourself and how much you do to enhance your beauty. And even though I admire it, at the same time I felt weirdly relieved that I am definitely too lazy for hair products and so on :D and that it's okay to look "just" okay. Your video really had that amazing effect on me.
@@Caroline_Winkler as a brand new mom, this was relieving for me to hear too! i think of you, Caroline, as such a natural beauty (and you are!) but it’s also nice to know that you put in the time and effort - and that looks different for everyone to enhance their beauty or leave it be, to whatever extent they choose
Same here! The only things I have started doing (now I'm getting nearer 40) are putting on some tinted moisturiser with SPF (Nivea BB), and a bit of mascara. I will add a bit of eyeshadow and liner on the rare occasion I get to go OUT though 😅 Mum life! ... Just a bit of a contrast from my Goth teens&20s 😂
As a straight guy who loves interior design, it feels nice to be seen at 4:33. The sights, sounds, smells, and general vibes of a place definitely have an effect on me, and I think that's true for everyone. Imagine a beautiful fall landscape compared to an isolation chamber in a prison. We can probably all say that we prefer one over another... Why is interior design supposed to be a gender or orientation coded thing? If I know that humans are happier and do better in environments that make them feel good, why wouldn't I strive to live in a place that makes me feel good?
You might have THE most natural, free-wheeling sense of humor I’ve ever witnessed. Free-wheeling sense of humor. Does that even make sense? I don’t know~ it felt right!
Oh gosh, you show up just in time to save a perfect shitty day. I can only be grateful for every moment you've made me laugh, reflect, and try to value myself a little more, even though I fail at that over and over again. Thank you, Caroline Winkler, you are such a treasure ❤
incredibly kind. esp when you had a crap day. that means a lot. for what it's worth, you ended your crap day, by doing something really sweet and making my crap better. it was a tough one that caught me way off guard, and comments like this are a real gift. wish we could swap hugs back and forth!!
@Caroline_Winkler I hope tomorrow is a better day for everyone who's having a tough one, especially you. May today be the 'International Day of Bad Days, but may tomorrow be better'.
:) Needed this one today. I have depression and have really not been taking care of myself. It's been a slow spiral over the past year. This video is motivating to me and I truly appreciate your willingness to be raw and honest with your viewers. It means a lot.
a slow spiral over the past year :/ i can feel that in my chest and i know how horrible that place is. i think that a lot of "taking care" of yourself, is treating yourself like a child that you love sooo much. you want to push them sometimes, and give them all love and all grace too. it can be both. i hope you get to find that little child in you, the younger version of you, who deserves all the tenderness, and all the support too
that is so sweet. and makes me really happy. i always wanted my videos to make people feel the way that my favorite shows made me feel, totally a place of comfort. im really honored to hear that it does
I don't know if you're at all interested or a right fit for owning a cat, but I can easily see a cat just chilling with you, enjoying the view from the windows, making appearances here and there in your videos.
I hate to be a downer but getting a single cat is, ESPECIALLY in a flat, animal abuse. You cannot get just one. If you work at an office, that animal is by itself for 9-10 hours of the day and then MORE hours when it's owner goes out. And then when the owners are at home, they sleep for 8 hours. So basically you are getting an animal that needs entertainment and care and love only to leave it by itself for 18 hours of the day. That is no life. Imagine being by yourself, locked in a room with no contact to other beings. That is abuse
Thank you for talking about hair loss, I have been battling with that for a couple years now and as a woman I'm so so so ashamed of it. But seeing other women talk about their struggle makes me feel less 'abnormal', so thank you for being vulnerable and opening up about that!!
Hairdresser here - so so so SO many women have been experiencing this, especially post covid. I had covid 4 times and I think it played a big factor in my hair loss
Your honesty around cosmetic procedures is so refreshing and appreciated. It's a relief to hear someone else say that they don't know. To hear someone say that they find anti-aging trends harmful and yet also want to do things that help them feel confident. I have so many mixed feelings, and its honestly nice to just hear someone be straight up about it rather than making a grand moral stance.
I can tell this is going to be one of my favourite Caroline videos. Its got emotional transparency, genuine wisdom, and NEVER BEFORE SEEN APARTMENT ANGLES.
No judgement at all, Only saying this because I sincerely adore you… face fillers and lip fillers don’t dissolve ever. They migrate. I watched a documentary about it recently and was shocked since everyone says they dissolve. It can cause a lot of health problems in the future because it can block your lymphatic system which is the system that rids your body of everyday toxins. Speaking as someone recovering from an autoimmune disorder, you do not want to mess with your detox pathways. And I’ve always believed that everyone’s features perfectly match their face. You’re a stunner Caroline!! You’ve got sparkly eyes! Anyway. 🤍 this video was super.
I was going to say the same thing. Filler migrates and can cause so many health issues. MRIs have shown lip fillers migrating all over the head. It can cause issues with the lymphatic systems and I think we’ll find in the future that it’ll be linked to some forms of cancer.
I'm so happy someone shared this information with our much loved Caroline and all the others that watch her videos and find value in her authenticity!! Becoming an internationally certified esthetician just before the filler craze hit the public, seeing the younger generations behind me age faster than I am because of all of their experimenting with the injectables which never leave their body, makes my heart sad. Because once they're my age (early 40's) their facial structure is going to make them look so much older than they biologically are. Damn mainstream media constantly bombarding us with propaganda that leaves us perpetual distorted beauty image 😣
Exactly. It's soo not sustainable long term. I'm 37, I look 27 according to many, I get shocked looks from people when they find out my age and my "secret" is meditation. I know 37 is still young and these words will have more weight at 47, 57 etc. But I feel very confident meditation is better than fillers for infinity reasons ♾
She’s had a “clogged nose” voice in like all of her videos for the last several months and I’m guessing there is some sort of migration pressing on her sinuses.
21:48 whatever I’ll just keep commenting. I think we all need to be ok with not having a firm opinion on ever single topic. It’s ok to both think “I don’t find anything inherently wrong with lip filler, but sometimes I’m iffy about it,” and like. That should be enough. People online really ask too much from influencers 😂
This is an amazing video on self care and every one of the points were very helpful. I now am going back and binge watching as many of your videos I can. You are making this 73 year old grandma smile and feel good about life, so thank you❤❤❤❤

"What's the way that I can show up to a difficult moment that I can feel proud of?" There is so much gold in this video it's insane, but that one ^ is perfection. Caroline, how did you get so wise, so early in life? Let me tell you that I am 23 years older than you are and I am in awe of you. I only wish I could have been so wise at your age. What a gift it would have been. And I always feel better after I watch your videos. You are a gift. You really are. I hope you know how special you are. And you're too freakin' adorable!! 🥰
My husband had to take over the bathing time for our son, because I almost had a mental breakdown! Made myself porrigde and watched this episode, and you made me in better mood after seeing take a time out! 🤣 being a mother for me, is quite exhausting and I needed that time out myself to selfregulate!
This has to be one of your greatest videos. All the likes it gets are actually hearts from us. Loved the energy, the sharing of experience and advices, mixed with the genuine laughs it gave me!
I absolutely love these types of videos from you!! The discomfort one is interesting bc I find I am still working on my boundaries but also need to explore more, so for me it’s more like there are some parts of my life I need to be more open to discomfort in, and others I need to take the uncomfortable step so I can be comfortable
Oh Caroline, I wish I could tell you where I’ve been so you’d understand where I am at. But aint nobody got time for that. So i will just tell you: you probably just saved my life, like literally. Ive been so low, just existing, and this video gave me hope and motivation to make some changes cause the nothing in all or nothing aint it anymore after watching this. And tips about self-regulation are golden. From the bottom of my heart: thank you ❤
I adore this community you’ve created. Everyone is so sweet and you’ve really enabled & inspired us to be our own true selves unapologetically & without shame. Whether it’s a design trend you don’t like or an unhealthy habit mentioned in your videos, you address your disinterests with empathy and humor which at least in my experience inspires me to be creative and not fear mistakes. You are the friend we all wish to have, & I hope you see the impact of your beautiful storytelling beyond the amazing education & tips you bring in each video 🩵 Want you to know if you ever do wish to switch your content to something simpler such as vlogs I’d still have my glass of wine & blanket ready to binge!
I am such a big fan of your videos but for some reason I felt like I was deliberately putting off watching this video because I knew deep down I needed to hone my healthier habits now. Fast forward to the next day and I am so glad that I watched this video - the way you explain and give the "why"s when it comes to your advice has made all the difference, thank you for making this video 💚
You're really working a '60s glam vibe, between the big hair, rockin' body in a tight dress, and tall boots. ❤🎉 Thank goodness you left off the white lipstick (which may have been from the '70s).🤯 I so love your videos. Thanks for sharing.
Don't stress, babe. The honesty is awesome and the best part is that you're trying to maintain your lovely face that is uniquely yours. I'm 43 and I also get .5 syringe a year on my lips and light botox 2x a year because I want to maintain, not change.
Caroline, can’t thank you enough. I’ve been struggling with fitness goals for the entire year and you helped me realize that I was still keeping myself safe from when I pushed myself too hard in 2017 after recovering from knee surgery. I overdid it and criticized myself too harshly at my lowest and didn’t realize my brain and body still didn’t trust my desire to be back in the weight room yet as anything but more punishment. This breakthrough is priceless, seriously the amount of money and time I’ve spent trying to pinpoint the blockage and you gave it to me for free in a YT video about your own experience!!! Healing is an understatement. Thanks so much
I personally am not disappointed or let down at all by your use of injectables! I sooo appreciate the honesty and the tactic of not wanting to change your features to be unrecognizable and just wanting to preserve as long as you can.
Do whatever works for you! I had a tiny bit of lip filler to correct noticeable asymmetry and I love it. For whatever reason I fixated on it and now I never think about it. I have other flaws that don’t other me at all. So my advice is to do what is reasonable for you!
Caroline, you're just so so adorable. I just love and enjoy watching you speak about the most random things, while I clean and organise my room. I really appreciate how you expressed concern about being influenced to take drastic measures to improve one's appearance. Really considerate of you! You're the kind of friend every girl needs. We're so happy you exist ✨☺ You're so real (for the lack of a better term and vocabulary) . Chaotic yet so tactful and insightful ❤ We need to protect you at all costs ❤ Keep posting! We love you ✨
Thank you so much! I am so so glad people are being honest about getting small modifications. I feel so bad for the people who spend their whole lives thinking JLo looks the way she does “because of olive oil.” Honesty makes aging gracefully truly graceful. Love you. Love that dress.
Being the eldest daughter often means I have to have all the answers and know all the times. You give me the space to receive. Adore you. Thank you. Big hugs
I really liked this video. Being vulnerable is the new superpower, and I’m here for it. I like the process you’ve found for yourself. I also like the saying that I’ve heard throughout the years-perfectly imperfect. It applies to us all. I’m 64 and still a work in progress. My advice to anyone who asks is, don’t ever stop exercising. It is a mistake that I made and regret because it is so very hard to get back on track. Love your channel. ❤
As someone who struggled with bulimia and eventually went to a treatment center for it, i really appreciate what you are saying about having balance within balance, aiming between a 4-7. What you are saying resonates a lot with my journey. Listening to podcasts of Isabel Foxen Duke, or Christy Harrison, was so helpful in my recovery, and radical acceptance and surrender of whatever my food looked like.
You have changed the game with pointing out how important boredom is. So many talk about “disconnect from social media”. But something about seeing you sit in silence and bring up that point hits so hard. Thank you Caroline!
So much of what you talk about in your videos. I am experiencing in real life. Over the last 4 years I’ve consistently been putting myself outside of my comfort zone in my career, and it has burnt me out and led to a computer related strain injury. Because of my hard work, I have been offered a promotion and I don’t know if I should just ride the momentum and just take the promotion to a much harder job, or if I should listen to my body and mental health and just rest and breathe.
All or nothing looks like nothing. That needs to be on a sweatshirt as merch, because I would buy it. What an excellent observation and piece of advice. It hit me squarely in the chest, and I've been thinking about it for two hours now. Thank you for putting that on tape and sharing.
You're the best Caroline!! Thank you for this. I feel like I've been focusing on all these things this year especially the "pause" and/or pacing - slowing down rather than rushing through everything. I call it "snoop dog tempo". Always love your videos!!!
Great, thoughtful advice (as always), and really appreciate your honestly (what you say, but also the fact that you do it). And I know at the start you said you were trying new camera angles - this was also great visually!
Also leaving a second comment to say that I know your acting career didn’t sustain you long-term, but I’m positive you’re a great actor. I think you would have really shined if someone could have gotten you in the door to audition for like idk Marvelous Mrs Maisel, or another character driven show. But anyway. We are grateful you found your way to TH-cam instead ❤
I watch these videos in hopes of finally finding a way to relate and connect. I was abused by my family starting in childhood. At 59 I still do not feel worthy of self love or self care and certainly do not feel worthy of love from a man. I am alone and would like therapy but as I live under the poverty line I cannot afford it. I know it's no one else's job to lift me up but I'll be honest when I say I just don't know if I'll ever have the energy. I really do enjoy Caroline's personality and way of looking at life and adversity. I've very glad she has a supportive family. It makes all the difference to have friends and family around. I have a cat but it's not the same. LOL
Hey Caroline, you can refer to it as Pro-aging, as it’s about aging well! Also, there’s a big difference between keeping on top of things, and being 70 trying to look 20. I’d say you’ve got a pretty good balance right now, and you shouldn’t be apologising for any of it!!
Thank you for being so real about your hair. I am going through the same struggles and trying to better my hair. I always love how real you are with yourself.
I love the way you talked about filler/cosmetic work in general. I honestly think this makes me feel so much better than people who act like they don’t encourage it but they do it or like promote it almost. Idk, just felt like a more real way to discuss it. I appreciated that.
Giiiirl!!!! Even some models have actual legitimately large news! Not only do you have not anywhere near a large nose, but your nose is perfect! Absolutely gorgeous on your face, which is also gorgeous!
May I suggest something? I know that in the States, sculpture is really popular, but it's not really good to present it like that. And that collagen production... yes, you get collagen, but it actually creates scar tissue under your skin, and even plastic surgeons don't want to do surgeries. And it's not actually biostimulation; it's just presented like that in the States. Here in Europe, we try to stay away from it, or there are situations where you lose bone, then yes. And it actually [works] like a filler. What I suggest is polynucleotides, PRF, and so on, that is actually biostimulation that helps [you] be natural and really maintain a young face. [It can] even fix a lot of problems. Now, new stuff like exosomes comes [with] doing microneedling with it stimulating collagen. I hope it helps. I just want to say to people that there are really better and safer solutions than making underskin scars in your early 30s.
Oh my gosh Caroline, I love your videos. I first came here for your interior design tips when I purchased my first home a few months ago and have grown to find your persona extremely relatable and comforting the more I watch you (without sounding entirely creepy). But the level at which I related to the footage of you emotionally regulating had me in hysterics. As someone who is on a cool, casual incline to a more consistent and kind relationship with my mental and physical health I am so thankful you shared this, with love from Australia! 🌹
Girl 😂😂 the shower segment killed me. I love your humour and I appreciate your advice so much. Especially the comfort/discomfort talk. I realised recently that I'm not out of the people pleasing woods just yet even though I thought I was. It was uncomfortable to realise my ppl pleasing habits just took on new faces and some of my friends really have been taken advantage of that (knowingly or not). I need to really sit in the discomfort for the next foreseeable future to hopefully recognise my own patterns and habits so I can change them.
I am 6 minutes in and this is one of the most helpful videos I have watched on health and fitness - EVER. It's so easy to believe (esp. with the evolution of the fitness influencer) that everyone LOVES to push themselves every day and therefore, not feeling like brutalising yourself is a failure. It's okay to change it up, to rest, to take the easy path so that you can enjoy movement.
This resonated with me more than I expected it to- I actually teared up during your segment on a healthy relationship with exercise. I’m the exact same way as you, with the “all or nothing” attitude and find myself sitting at home because I don’t want to face the torture of the gym and staying for 90 minutes to fit every exercise in on my workout app. I then end up beating myself up for not going to the gym and I spiral into body dysmorphia. I appreciate you mentioning your “3/10” being perfectly fine for maintenance and not having to be 10/10 all the time workout wise, because it’s so unsustainable. Thank you thank you thank you
25:00 yes I agree about Matthew McConaughey and his face after that massive amount of weight loss for the role in Dallas buyers club. I noticed that too.
Caroline, my girl, it broke my heart when you said people have told you to get a nose job. The audacity of some people! You are BEAUTIFUL, I can’t imagine why anyone would have said that to you, and if people think you need a nose job there’s honestly no hope for the rest of us.
"I know what all or nothing looks like, it looks like nothing" was exactly the callout I needed

FORTY MINUTES OF CAROLINE?!?!?! YESSSSSSSS
Some people are gonna be really happy and some people are gonna be pissed 😂
@@Caroline_Winkler🙋🏽♀️Happy one💕 Thanks for keeping me company & appreciate your transparency with humor sandwiches 🥪 ❤😬
@@Caroline_Winkler The pissed ones can just jog on!
Oh dang, I didn't even realize it was 40 mins. I did, however, not like that it ended :)
“I’m no longer in a place in my life where I like abusing myself” THIS THIS THIS ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Oh my gosh, the getting out of shape to get back in shape is so relatable. Im really good at getting "back into shape", Ive been doing it for 20 years 😂
hahah i know that trick well ;)
It’s Sunday morning I’m pregnant and laying in bed with a cup of pudding and Caroline Winkler just changed the game by telling me she folds the big laundry first. This is my self care. Love you Caroline! ❤ 😭
Pudding! 😊 love that
Yeah, pudding sounds great
Wow I can already tell I’m going to watch this video at least 3 times
Not only is this video a masterclass in self love, but it's a cinematic piece of art 👏
Thank you Caroline ❤️
BAH. wait!! thank u for saying this bc i literally worked SO HARD on the camera angles!!! i had this huge surge of energy that i wanted to make my vlogs a little more cinematic and i am SO HAPPY that you commented this!!!
THIS!!
Amen!
As someone who suffers from chronic pain, all or something really resonated with me!
same i'm multiply neuro-disabled + have ME/CFS + my capacity is very low + all about pacing
"Spoon Theory" FTW!
(By Christine Miserandino if you wanna Google search it) 😊
You might have THE most natural, free-wheeling sense of humor I’ve ever witnessed. Free-wheeling sense of humor. Does that even make sense? I don’t know~ it felt right!
I totally agree with this
I feel like I have a very niche sense of humor & I feel like Caroline gets me directly. So great to find someone who is so authentic & silly 🩵
It means a lot.
a slow spiral over the past year :/ i can feel that in my chest and i know how horrible that place is. i think that a lot of "taking care" of yourself, is treating yourself like a child that you love sooo much. you want to push them sometimes, and give them all love and all grace too. it can be both. i hope you get to find that little child in you, the younger version of you, who deserves all the tenderness, and all the support too
Beautiful hair!
Why is no one talking about book called “The Art of Seductive Power by Juliet Arden”? Just look at that energy, it's exactly what Caroline embodies!
Because you're a scammer and scammers are boring.
The algorithm has been feeding me your videos and I've been binging them and this is quickly becoming my comfort channel.
that is so sweet. and makes me really happy. i always wanted my videos to make people feel the way that my favorite shows made me feel, totally a place of comfort. im really honored to hear that it does
Its like that for me too :))
I’ve heard a lot of other women in their 30s mention it, I think it’s super common
I have gone through bouts and while I wasn't ashamed it did freak me out.
B7 AKA Biotin supplements really help with hair&nails health too 😊
@@HannahRainbow88 i'll try those out, thank you!
Am I the only one who can still hear you go - Bombas , hey gurl why you looking so cozy !
I sing it to myself all the time
I can tell this is going to be one of my favourite Caroline videos.
Was hoping someone had already commented this!! Blocking your lymphatic system can cause serious health complications most notably lymphatic cancer!
You are making this 73 year old grandma smile and feel good about life, so thank you❤❤❤❤
Amazing comment to read. Thank you Sheila ❤
Love the vid! Took notes on hair health. On #4 my acupuncturist says “everything in moderation… including moderation” I like that.
Love the fact you mention Marie Kondo folding, you just filled my soul with joy.
Your hair struggle is mine. Thank you for sharing!
Also, aging is a gift. There are many loved ones who don’t have the opportunity to.
Just here to say I always love your YT content AND your podcast. I'm 63 and am proof thay you are never too old to follow a YT influncer who is such a joy to follow. "What's the way that I can show up to a difficult moment that I can feel proud of?"
There is so much gold in this video it's insane, but that one ^ is perfection.

Aw I’m sooo glad u got a break and asked for support !!! We all deserve that!!
This has to be one of your greatest videos. All the likes it gets are actually hearts from us. Loved the energy, the sharing of experience and advices, mixed with the genuine laughs it gave me!

I absolutely love these types of videos from you!! The discomfort one is interesting bc I find I am still working on my boundaries but also need to explore more, so for me it’s more like there are some parts of my life I need to be more open to discomfort in, and others I need to take the uncomfortable step so I can be comfortable
totally! i think it can be both! in different areas of life. i feel i am the same right now. good for you for seeing both parts of you!
Also, semi-singing while "feeling yourself"? The. Best. So sweet, fun, entertaining, just being you. Never lose that
Oh Caroline, I wish I could tell you where I’ve been so you’d understand where I am at. But aint nobody got time for that. So i will just tell you: you probably just saved my life, like literally. Ive been so low, just existing, and this video gave me hope and motivation to make some changes cause the nothing in all or nothing aint it anymore after watching this. Lip filler does not fade away, it migrates to other parts of your body. It coagulates and blocks critical drainage in your body.
"I'M the man of my dreams." POWERFUL!!!!
Wow wow wow the balance obsession I love you for talking about this my god
I love your sense of humor and value your honesty, even (especially) when it's about an uncomfortable topic. Thank you for being so open. ❤
I’m so glad ❤️ you’re doing a great job bb
You're really working a '60s glam vibe, between the big hair, rockin' body in a tight dress, and tall boots. ❤🎉
Thank goodness you left off the white lipstick (which may have been from the '70s).🤯
I so love your videos.
We're so happy you exist

I'm really glad you talked about the Sculptra and lip fillers. Like I think just being honest and also expressing ambivalence is cool
hey, just wanted to let you know that I feel like I’d have a elder sister making me feel ok about life in all its dimensions ✨ - thanks Caroline
Nothing or something... definitely can get on board with that! 🙌🏻
Love this. I'm 43 and my lifelong fitness routine is feeling so much harder than it used to. Perimenopause is no joke.
Love watching you!
I’m 74 and can’t say no to people!
Might try again tomorrow!😉

Sooo hard! You go girl ❤ be nice to you. And KNOW that it WILL feel unnatural. But that doesn’t mean it’s wrong to do. It’s just new to you!
Aw! You sound like an Angel!
But give others a chance to be angels too! Say no and let them love you anyway! ❤
Rest and breath, listen to your body, or it will make you listen in some much harsher ways
mental health rest breathe
Rest and breathe. And ask for another pay rise so you can spend more on complimentary therapies to heal like seeing an Osteopath and Acupuncturist.
I wrote this down. Best quote ever!
"It's hard to do a lot of stuff but easy to die with regrets."
Such a perfect way to put that ❤
You’re a calming voice in the storm ☔️
I adore you. I literally paused to write down things you said about emotional regulation & discomfort. Thank you for being so authentic.
omg im so excited to see your hair routine i've been asking for this foreverrr
Also leaving a second comment to say that I know your acting career didn’t sustain you long-term, but I’m positive you’re a great actor. I think you would have really shined if someone could have gotten you in the door to audition for like idk Marvelous Mrs Maisel, or another character driven show. But anyway. We are grateful you found your way to TH-cam instead ❤
Where this comment cuts off to the "read more" it looks like you're suggesting she should've auditioned for MARVEL and I was about to be so mad 😭😭😭
I need this pep talk every single morning!!! But, seriously.
LOL
This is your best video to date. Hands down.
Love yourself as much as we love you girl I’m old really old most things I can’t change but being kind brings me closer to
a 5
Hey Caroline, you can refer to it as Pro-aging, as it’s about aging well!
I always love how real you are with yourself.
you are like the older sister I've never had, but also the example of the older sibling I want to be ❤
Made me heart burst ❤️
I love the way you talked about filler/cosmetic work in general. I honestly think this makes me feel so much better than people who act like they don’t encourage it but they do it or like promote it almost. Idk, just felt like a more real way to discuss it. I appreciated that.
Love your videos. Always a fresh perspective.
Yes, it can make a face-lift much harder down the road, and nothing can give you the same result as a face-lift.
My heart just hugs you! 🤗 Thanks for another great video Caroline!
And I SO FELT that emotional regulation moment. Whew.
Thank you thank you thank you
YAAAAYYYYY!!! Always a good day when we get a new post ❤
At 30:30: "even balance needs some balance"! Yes! I love you! Peace from a subscriber in Ukraine!
25:00 yes I agree about Matthew McConaughey and his face after that massive amount of weight loss for the role in Dallas buyers club. I noticed that too.
I actually love how casual & organic this episode was. I feel like we connected ☺
40 minute long Caroline video on a Sunday morning with my protein oatmeal in hands to enjoy?? Christmas came early
Caroline, my girl, it broke my heart when you said people have told you to get a nose job. The audacity of some people! You are BEAUTIFUL, I can’t imagine why anyone would have said that to you, and if people think you need a nose job there’s honestly no hope for the rest of us.
