Aside of coaching and instilling character and integrity in these young men, God is using him to be a role model to SOME other grown men by seeing how to LEAD. His purpose is so much bigger than coaching. God is using him in a variety of ways and it's not easy. But because of the things he said about building JSU and HBCU'S into a place top recruits would come instead of PWI'S they thought he might at least stay the length of his contract for the kids he recruited. I was not one of those people I believed he would leave as soon as he thought he could get a PWI job as that was his initial goal when none of the PWI'S would give him a job. JSU was always going to be a stepping stone for him to get to where he wanted to be.
