You see that green signal facing me? I was looking behind me every few seconds as the car train was approaching to check that a metro wasn't coming as I was standing over the yellow line. That's when I got the slight skrik 😂😂😂. Car trains travel to Durban,Port Elizabeth, and a few other places but never Cape Town. A mystery why that is.
Yeap. There are numerous graveyards, such as this around Pretoria and the rest of Gauteng. The majority of 5M2As and 10M5s have been forgotten and left to vandals to strip down.
I see you lekker got a skrik 😂😂😂
Lekker to hear and see some 44s. I wish those car trains ran this side also.

Quite a long train how many wagons, was in the consist.
33 wagons if I counted correctly. It's not the longest car train I've seen. They can sometimes consist of up to 50 wagons
@marval44011 you are 100% correct mate, here on the NATCOR mainline I see them often with 50 wagons
Great video my good friend, love the class 44GE's with your favorite 😉
And you see all the different versions of the car wagons. I'm jealous
My favorite combination,44GEs with a car train.I don't see this very often. Thank you, my friend.
