EMD Metro to Pretoria Station

A short ride to Pretoria station with the Metro powered by EMD class 34s, basically the same trip as in my previous video but in reverse.🙂

Yeap, these are very old Metrorail trains. We're pretty much used to that sound here in South Africa.

Sadly, yes. The cables were cut down by copper thieves during lockdown but they are being fixed. It will take some time though. Thanks watching Gemma

Yeap, that's correct. This whole corridor has been completely stripped of cables, the only place that has them is Pretoria station.
