Clip 1 : Returning from Cameraworld Bellville I decided to stop at De Grendel for fun. Lucky to catch this train.
Clip 2 : On my way to a camp at Rocklands Centre Simon's Town, I decided to stop along the rails. I saw a train in the horizon. Had to capture some seaside footage.
Clip 3 : I met up with ‪@Imsaptouw‬ at Avondale with the intention of catching the Malmesbury Metro but was too late. Got the X'trapolis Mega instead.

are they also restricted at 30-60km/h that side?

So far it appears that way. Most trains I have seen that side haven't operated above 60 km/h I assume. But you can also check with @Imsaptouw‬ who commented here as well.
