I'm using ccw v12.0.0 software. But connection browse tab side usb option not showing problem
@sudalaimuthup: The CCW on your computer is version 12 but the controller might be version 13.0. That might be the case.
Sir I want to know how to how to program micro 830 using memory bit. Can you explain it from video?
@am|mathapaththuathapaththu2507: I am not sure what mean for "memory bit"? The Micro830 using Connected Components Workbench which is NOT an old Rslogix500 using bit or register B3, N7, F8... system or programming files for programming. The tag system on Connected Components Workbench for Micro80x PLC's actually is more user friendly, more intuitive for all current and future programming software. I guess Rslogix500 is your background for programming. When I started learning programming at the school/college, yes they taught me the same thing Rslogix500. I am not saying it's good or bad. All I can say is it helps you build a very strong foundation, have a comprehensive knowledge or thorough understanding of all crucial programming language, concepts and terminology to start your programming career. Hi Sir, I have a problem with the uploading. CCW shows me this message “Upload failed - The file is either corrupted or has an invalid format”. Can you help me?
@manuelrsk8: You are on the right video for how to upload a PLC program from a PLC to a PC. There are a few things you might want to check. (1) What is your CCW version? If it is lower than the actual program currently in the PLC, you will not be able to upload it to your PC. To avoid this, you should have the latest CCW installed on your PC unless the programmer of the PLC tells you exactly what his CCW version is. (2) The PLC program is locked. But I don't think this would be your case. (3) The PLC program actually is corrupted.
CCW is the only software to program Micro800's PLC (800/820/830/850). If you follow this video, an invalid format should not be an issue. Good luck.

: Once you install "Connected Components Workbench" software, I recommend you the below video for the very basic programming for Micro800s PLC. For your specific Micro830 PLC, you should look for USB/DF-1 in "Connection Browser" window @ 5:00 in the video. It is pretty easy. You can do it. Good luck.
