I can see a lot of manpower here to do a slump test. It should be 1 concrete technician to do the slump test and 1 helper to manage the transport of fresh concrete to the cube making area.
This slump test is not valid per ASTM 143 , this technician is not competent as they did not add concrete in 3 equal layers by volume the third layer was only one scoop where as first and second layers were 2 scoops full of concrete

But, hey, I don't know what kind of job they were doing, so, who am I to judge, right? 😃
