- Take a look at our largest Crushing and Washing combo setup where we produce nearly 500,000 tons of concrete rock and sand to be used in ready-mix throughout the Red River Valley. These aggregates are for a variety of end uses including highways, ecommerce warehouses, home foundations, and beyond. We've been actively mining and progressively reclaiming sections of this glacial gravel deposit for the better part of a decade and have refined our practices to be more efficient and sustainable to ensure production to support commercial and residential development for years to come.

Another awesome video john. I’m in the same business and still can’t fathom your investment in conveyors on a site like this. Keep these videos coming!
We’ve been fortunate to be able to add to the fleet over the years. Thanks for watching! We have lots more in the works.
I am an aggregate equipment sales man in Texas. Love y’all’s set up!
Thank you. where abouts in texas
GREAT JOB JOHN. I MET YOU YEARS AGO! I DID YOUR MSHA TRAINING - YEARS AGO. THANKS, I WILL USE YOUR VIDEOS. I STILL DO IN YOUR AREA -CATHY ELLINGSON
great to hear from you Cathy! hope you're doing great
Nice I like the way you explain the entire process, I've watched other videos and no one is explaining what is going on. So I appreciate it
Absolutely! Glad you enjoy. Thanks for always tuning in Johnny!
Awesome video! Hope your channel grows!
I appreciate it!
Red River Valley so you guys must be close to Grand Forks or Fargo/ Moorhead? I'm just the other side of the border. Always love seeing what's going on south of here and how much better the roads are built than here. lol
yup, right in between there
I'm new into crushing and screening business. I only have a small spread and we do about 350tph and load with an excavator. At your high tonnage numbers, would it not be beneficial to use a larger wheel loader like a 990 or 992 so the operator doesn't have to hustle as much with the loader. Are you limited further down the line?
The bottle neck is the washing, we’re able to produce 150% of the wash plants’ need per shift. The added benefit to the 988 is we can mobilize it to any of our other sites on a few hours notice. Anything bigger would require disassembly. We are looking into the 990+ size for certain quarry applications. Hopefully we find the right one.
I know a great location for that access washed sand if you hauled it to Utah lol..
Should put it in a slurry pipeline
What do you use for belt replacement? Or maintenance Dresco method?
Flexco fasteners
The music overlay wasn’t really necessary
Ok
I agree
Why is the music louder than the dialogue? Selling soundtracks or just have a young sound engineer?
really windy day, hard to capture
I prefer 992 loaders for big money PERIOD! With a 777 hauler
Big time machinery!
Hi I worked in aggregate for 45 years and you should save the fines they are used to bed underground pipe lines and power lines.
Right on. We’re working on marketing it as usable product in our region
@@wdscepaniak Also that 1" washed rock the landscapers may really like that product.
We are recycling concrete with an old eagle crusher, currently not running at full capacity - looking for someone to help us implementing the operations. We are based in the Toronto (Canada) area. Would you be able to support/help?
sure thing! happy to help what questions do you have
Shale content in rock and sand?
not at this site, however certain deposits in the area can have quite a bit
The music…no thanks🤫
thank you for the feedback
The music really is very tough to listen to. Allmost didnt make it through the video
We will adjust on the next ine
Couldve done without the music
Ok
