I've lost 140 lbs and ended up with a lot of loose skin. I have 60 lbs to go, but the Mounjaro doesn't seem to be as effective anymore. Assuming it has to do with injecting it into the loose skin rather than into a fat deposit. Where am I supposed to inject when my stomach starts to become baggy?

I did everything like I was supposed to but I didn’t feel anything really. Should it feel like a shot from the doctor or is it more subtle/gentle. Should there be an obvious injection site.
It says demo, on the tester, most non American people or uneducated are always fast to comprehend what they see vs what is actually happening. do i need to leave out moujaro from fridge for 30 mn before injection???
What if there is only one click o did not here a second click indicating the needle retract afterwards
