Ellen didn't and doesn't give this kind of beautiful advice. Glennon Doyle is a breath of fresh air, which doesn't take away from anyone else's gifts but it does say so much about who she is. She feels like home. I hope that she has a show of her own soon. She has a true gift.
My daughter is 21 and it was hard to let her go to University, but she has to continue spread her wings. I still worry. I trust her, it’s other people I don’t.
Your daughter will do great! :) Some day in the future she will take the lead and you will be following her. The roles will have to switch, so this is the time she learns to be a leader, just like you did years ago. You have done it, so she will too.
