If you have followed, Glennon you know how hard this interview would have been! She did a great job at not showing her nerves, being completely coherent and smooth (yes, smooth!) and pretending to be an extrovert. You do hard things, Glennon!

How did "untamed" change your perspectives? I did read the book but something didn't resonate. It didn't feel that new to me with her views but I would love to know what other people got out of it truly.
Untamed was a much needed read for me. I highly recommend. It’s a book I will probably pick up again and again

Love Glennon. She's also honest about her use of antidepressants. It's easy to shame those who take meds, but some of us really need them. Also, an hour a day of vigorous exercise really helps.

I also suffer from Anxiety & Stress I think about the past even though I know I can't change it & I worry about the future even though I haven't experienced it yet. I am going to try focus on the 'What is' instead of the 'What if or the What has' I try to focus on the positives in life even if it's just finding one positive thing a day but it is hard sometimes especially with so much negativity in the World. I hope everyone who reads this is doing okay, sending you a virtual hug & wishing you all the best for the future stay safe everyone 💛
