    Abby Wambach is a two-time Olympic gold medalist, FIFA World Cup Champion, and six-time winner of the U.S. Soccer Athlete of the Year award. She was the United States’ leading scorer in the 2007 and 2011 Women’s World Cup tournaments and the 2004 and 2012 Olympics.
    An activist for equality and inclusion, she is the author of the #1 New York Times bestseller WOLFPACK; the adaptation of WOLFPACK for the next generation, an instant New York Times bestseller; and the forthcoming children's book THE WOLFPACK WAY.
    Abby is the host of “Abby’s Places” on ESPN+, in which she showcases what makes her beloved sport of soccer a worldwide sensation. Abby also co-hosts the award-winning, critically acclaimed “We Can Do Hard Things” podcast with her wife Glennon Doyle and sister Amanda Doyle. She is a co-founder and part-owner of Angel City FC, the first majority-female-owned soccer team in history, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the all-women-led nonprofit organization Together Rising.

    Yes, she is an amazing athlete but she is also humble and smart. She doesn't have to be, but I get the feeling she is wise and kind. Those are two qualities that made her a good coach, as well.

    International women’s day? This woman has never condemned the rape and killings of all the women on October 7. Instead, her and her wife have obliterated the meaning of standing up for women. I do like Abby, but her with fake Glennon makes me question whether or not Abby knows the meaning of standing up for women. The fact that their charity abruptly closed is very questionable as well.
