If the house is for retirement, skip the upstairs. When you get old, stairs are no fun. So for me, build just the ground floor, rearrange bathroom access so guests don't have to go through my bedroom, add a place just inside the front door to hang coats and a bench for removing footwear, and I'd be all set!

Hay un problema de diseño, el problema en cuestión es que el baño que está en la planta baja debes entrar al dormitorio para ir, lo cual si tienes visita eso es un problema.
