  • Crews are working to clean up destroyed homes are business from storms that barreled through the Midwest and put Michigan through its first tornado emergency Tuesday. Kalamazoo County Sheriff Richard Fuller said more than a dozen mobile homes in Pavilion Township were 'totally destroyed.' At least 16 people, he added, were injured there, though the injuries were not life-threatening. 'The clean-up efforts are tremendous. We're looking at homes throughout this community that are totally gone, they´ve been demolished,' Fuller said. Two reported tornadoes blitzed the city of Portage and an adjacent community Tuesday night, destroying homes and commercial buildings, including a FedEx facility that was ripped apart. #Weather #tornado #extremeweather

Yes of course its incredibly sad for the homes and lives that are lost but there is also something really sad about seeing these trees slowly falling to their deaths.

Scary video from Japan. Prices are rising so fast and so much that shoppers feel almost physical pain when the cashier punches them goods in the supermarket. High inflation is the best outcome for the Japanese and Europeans. Residents of Europe and the United States no longer rise above the rest of the planet in work ethic and level of education, this is already in the past. It is generally believed that business goes to China, as wages are low there. In fact, they go to China because of the advancement of local engineers. China has a very high-tech manufacturing industry.
If we hold a meeting of engineers of the level we need in the USA, one room is more than enough for us to accommodate everyone. If we gather engineers of the level we need in China, we will have to rent a room the size of several football fields. Even 30-50 years ago, the situation was completely different. However, during this time, the United States has degraded, not grasping educated engineers who are greedy for knowledge and dollars are now in fashion there, but soy fatties wrapped in a rainbow flag, helplessly whining about their grievances against the real world. As you can see, there are no more reasons that could justify the current salary difference between an American engineer and a Chinese one, between a Norwegian locksmith and a Russian one. And since the Americans broke the dollar system, which allowed the West to collect tribute from all over the world, with their own hands, and since the Americans forced the Europeans and the Japanese to sacrifice their economies for the sake of prolonging the agony of the United States, now wage equalization has become inevitable. Salaries will gradually increase all over the planet, in the West salaries will decrease rapidly until they stop at a fair level, that is, until they become significantly lower than in countries where students study physics with mathematics, and not circular racial studies and gender sciences.

The upside is the trees that fell over roots and all were sick and were going to need to be removed anyhow, now the property owners might be able to get some assistance. Trees with healthy root systems don't do that.
