I had a conversation with my girlfriend today. She took her 3yo to the park with their baby stroller because Lil one likes to play with it. Another kid came and took the stroller away and that kids mom said something along the lines of "Well my kid doesn't have one so yours should share".

As a material scientist: that's NOT "leather" ... it is "plastics FILLED with leather powder to give it the feel and smell of leather".
[Animal skins are not perfect and they will have wounds from insect bites, combat, rocks/sticks/diseases ... and thus ACTUAL LEATHER is far more valuable than to be turned into silly shoes and also FAR TOO RARE to have enough of the stuff. The concept itself isn’t wrong though, look at historically speaking how women were treated, but the whole movement right now just isn’t working because we’ve already achieved equality. But it seems to be that people will not understand that differences will remain, and equality can only be held if there are differences, in for example jobs, sports, politics. How can you achieve equality in for example 50\50 male and female workers in construction. You cant, so take it less literal, and try to achieve equality in general statistics like homelessness, working possibilities, as many schooling options.

Niel Tyson has the same understanding of biology as a 10 years old! His struggle to understand basic biology was made clear to me during a talk he had with Richard Dawkins! His ideas was so insanity wrong that it really made me question his integrity when it come to him being a well respected physicist! Every time I hear him talk about anything since then I always find myself Stunded of some of the things he says in all the documentaries he is in! I might be bias since then I don't know but it looks like I'm not the only one!

Degrees don't guarantee intelligence. People come out of college with slips of paper and assume they know more than everyone else around them. This is a sin; it is a miss of the mark and they do only themselves a disservice. I used to admire Tyson. Now, I see him for what he is: a condescending bully who thinks, no matter what, he's the only person in any room who can understand a concept. Pure and utter ignorance. This was spot on. One of the biggest issues we have in the United States is that most of us are moderates. We keep our mouths shut and try to get along. We want everyone to be treated fairly but the train is off the tracks. The majority of our country are not into the WOKE culture but the only people that are saying it are the loud conservatives. They aren't always correct but this time they line up with what most moderates are thinking.
