Dharma Yoga Class

Namaskar! This 45 minute yoga class is inspired by Dharma Yoga, a style based on Sri Dharma Mittras' 50+ years of experience practicing and teaching. This is a Hatha class in which there will be less flow and more time spent in the postures to cultivate steadiness. To learn more about Dharma Yoga visit www.dharmayogacenter.com. No props necessary unless you typically use them. I hope you enjoy this practice, see you on the mat!
