  • Join me for an 80 minute Dharma Yoga full body practice that will open you spine, hips and hamstrings. There will be opportunities to invert, balance on your hands and challenge yourself if you choose to. Dharma yoga is based on Ahimsa (non-violence) and is a devotional practice that focuses on love towards ourselves and all beings. Physically, the practice is a graceful and can also be a challenging one.
    As quoted by the Dharma Yoga Centre, Dharma yoga is “a devotional practice that emphasises good health, a clear mind and a kind heart.”
    This class is suitable for those at intermediate or advanced level.
