The performance on both devices are similar. If you don't have any, the OLED screen and the dual boot option on the RP5 is great but if you don't care about Linux and OLED screen, then the RP4 Pro is still a good option and it's $35 cheaper. 😉
@@ironcladcobra all talk. show videos defeating boss fights, not just roaming around and having dialogue with characters. Walking around is BASIC. doing combos, adapting your movements to boss fights requires hand dexterity and skill so ergonomics of the controller/device plays a major role
@@deececassius482 it's real talk. Why care about performance/framerate when 90% of people who buys this don't even play ps2? You can even play Tekken 7 on Steamdeck but the control sucks. Same with RP5, you can show me GOW or KH running smoothly, cool. But show me you can defeat boss fights with this ergonomic design. All youtubers do is run around and mash square button. If I'm gonna buy this to play these games like actually having the intention to finish them, I need good ergonomics for controlling my character
That’s amazing! I still thinking about either RP4pro or RP5 but this really helps!

You definitely should be able to set it to 2x or 3x resolution for a light weight ps2 game like this
I agree, thanks! 😉
This game is far from being light weight tho, even though the graphics are cartoony they are still one of the best graphics of the PS2
@@1993StrangeBoy it's very easy to emulate, they look some of the best but are not near the most graphically demanding.
@ I agree. 😎
You show the game running well, but can you play it well with the ergonomics of the rp5?
Yes 😎

@@brownwallet942 you stop taking your meds or somethin? Relax bro. It's not the end of the world. Watch a different video.
you must try 60fps patch
No widescreen hacks on?
I don't think that's needed as it's on native widescreen (16:9).
@@ironcladcobra ah cool. It looked a little wide to me.
@@Sepharite 😊
Hes right, you need to turn on the hack as well as setting the ratio to 16:9. With your settings it’s stretch to fit.
