Great video, a few questions from a newb. 1. Once the TDC bolt is all the way in, can you check both the intakes and exhausts without having to rotate rear tire? Can you check all 4 at once? 2. If the TDC bolt is all the way in does this gaurentee you're at TDC and not an overlap? 3. Do I need to drain the oil to remove the TDC bolt and reinsert without the washer? Thanks!
Hey Jay! Man it's been awhile since I did this one and I'm on the road at the moment, but 1. Definitely yes. I only had to rotate the wheel because this one has a rekluse clutch. You can check all 4 at once. 2. Yeah if the TDC bolt seats all the way you should be in true TDC. 3. I cant remember that one haha

6:52 is that 0.005mm??? This would be extremly small
Noooo. .05mm is what we are talking about with valves. .005 would be a thousandths standard measurement.
@@mxgryan i read that the exc 525 needs 0.12 mm on both valves
@@kaiserindustries5567 Yea dude, .005 thousandths is 0.127mm.
It’s 0.15mm
Atleast that’s what the manual says but keep in mind I have the quad not the bike
