I miss Osco drug stores. We had one here in Columbia MO and it was right in the center of town. I knew it sold a lot if neat things, but I never knew one could purchase a teapot as well.
The running Erzgebirge figurine looks like a 'Smoker'. It should split into two pieces, likely at the waist, and reveal a small platform with a metal plate. You put a small specially made incense cone on the metal plate and light it, and the smoke will come out of the mouth hole, making it look like he is smoking his pipe. That's the whole point of these smoker figurines. I am from Germany, am familiar with them and have several. Recently, I found a more modern one in the shape of a mushroom looking like a fairy house. The smoke comes out of the chimney. Picked up at Goodwill in the toy isle for $2 (an example of GW not knowing what it was), and they sell for about $35-$4 on Ebay.
Hey George, I don't think I told you when I ran into you when you were moving to tower st antiques in Centralia that my grandfathers name was George and he's was so likeable just like you!!!! Its been a while but I want to get more involved in comments .member I collect lady head vases,wall pockets 40s is my preference.well I now have a uranium collection to die for lol and 18 tall colorful flawless swung vases.I think I told you I don't do flaws , I can't turn it around and forget it lol.well I hope I run into you again that would be awesome!!have a great year George and I know you love this stuff so keep doing what you love and I'm also a huge seahawk fan boo rams lol sorry.talk soon my friend.

Hello. I'm curoius on your reticule listing why you noted "Excellent no runs/losses/damage of any kind." as the discription on Ebay? When clearly in your video you show and say the liner has runs and is fraying and you didn't show any pictures of the damaged interior in your listing. Isn't that setting yourself up for a return? I'm really hoping you told the buyer about the interior damage.
The buyer helped me do the listing and saw the damage. You are correct that I should've mentioned it, I didn't really catch that I didn't change the condition listing, my fault

They even took them door-to-door! I imagine you could see the starter set at the drug store and then ordered the larger pieces
