The past few weeks since Helene have been awful. My basement flooded, catastrophically. Thankfully we drained it and we have fans on it. Im so worn out I had a panic attack today. I almost lost my cousin in Asheville NC. THANKS for your videos which help in these times hugs 🤗
@@aneia6353 I understand somewhat of what you are going through, though not entirely. I went through hurricane Sally in 2020 near the Gulf coast in Alabama.
Prayers for strength for you and other survivors of the hurricanes. Been there and done that with Hurricane Harvey and others but I think Helene was even more devastating.
I got a flower bouquet when I had my daughter with the little lamb pot I saw in the background. I saved a little lamb pot, of course and years later when my daughter birthed my granddaughter, I had a flower arrangement made in the same pot and gave it to her.
@@TheAntiqueNomadby the way that was in 1977, quite a few years ago! She was born on what the actual what is now known as “Star Wars Day” May 4, 1077! When my husband and I saw Stars Wars she was a new born in my lap.
Good evening, George. Your space looks really fantastic! I like the hammerhead sharks figure. I really like the pieces with the Inuit portraits on them. Loved the woodland-looking vase...or was it a candleholder...next to the Scotty doorstop. The yellow sets bowknot brooch you have would look great on my antique, upright photo album, and the fleur-de-lis cameo would, too. I see you still have that really nice bust. If I only had somewhere to put it... Geez, those kerosene lamps! I have a weakness for those things. That toy fire engine was super-nice! I like a lot of things I have absolutely nowhere to put😂 The wood Chinese doll was very interesting. You don't see male dolls like that often. That tramp art frame was fantastic! That Victorian cranberry parlour lamp is my kind of hanging lamp. Loved the pond boats! There was a dragonfly pin, next to the cameos I really liked. There was a small, blue art glass vase, with the paperweights, that I really liked. That show had tons of things that caught my eye. It would definitely be a fun show to shop! Thanks for taking us along, and for the tour!
I love that you picked out the tramp art frame, I was really drawn to it too! So many great things at this show, and I’m glad they are bringing in true antiques as well! The bowknot pins always get my attention, I’ll have to see that album someday. Cranberry parlor lamp just says Victorian fine home to me. I'm glad you enjoyed the tour!
Hi men. You know I think wall pockets are the most charming of things. I have a few, but mostly they remind me of my 1960's childhood. Every friends house I was in had one in the kitchen.😊
Thank you so much for Sharing this show. I hope someday I will get to a show. Please Stay Safe Happy and Healthy Have A Wonderful Day. I always learn so much from watching your videos.
Hello Antique Nomad,I wish you have an online store for your gorgeous, wonderful finds so I can also avail and enjoy those antique and vintage items.Have a pleasant day and may you find more interesting pieces for your viewers to see.❤😊👍

Your booth looks stunning, thanks to all three of you. The 1950s skirt and so much fun 🤠 Such beautiful jewelry and fun glass too, that I'm typically not that in to. Thanks for showing us around too. ❤
The booth looks beautiful! It really does help to have more space. I hope it was a fantastic sale and you came home with a lighter load so you could fill the vehicle up all the way home. Safe travels.
This last weekend here in Stockton California there was an estate sale that had loads of beautiful 1920's and 30's purses, jewelry and decorative glassware. I told my mom that this was a sale George would have loved to attend.
Hi George from Tasmania, Australia. I've been an avid watcher of your fantastically informative videos for well over a year now, and just had the opportunity to say a big thank you for passing on all the insights and information you have built up over your lifetime. I have learned so much from you, and it has really given me a more confident approach to collecting and just seeing antiques and vintage items. I have become a little obsessed at the moment with American Vintage Glass, Viking and Blenko, LE Smith, and the gorgeous pottery as well. I wish we had more of it here in Australia. There is some, but the prices are ridiculous....I guess rarity plays a big role there. I literally drool at all the malls and vintage markets you guys have there! Thanks so much for your work! :)
George the collaboration between you & Kat is Fantastic, its so beautiful to look at. I really enjoy when you go around to all the other booths, an showcase all the other dealers too. But again Your & Kats booth looked so well blended, it truly flowed. PS. That Spot Light Lamp ( frame 38:37 ). Reminded me of the Swordfish Eye someone found on the beach, a while back. May sound gross, but it was very interesting to look at ! :~)

1:34 a Lucky Troll, not one of the original Gjøl Trolde from Denmark.
It’s a Dam troll, correct

Round Top or Brimfield I think
How do you know when to price retail, and when to price for resellers?
It can have to do with what I paid and how fast the profit comes, or whether I feel confident I have the retail buyer or not

I usually get $20 for a small now
