- Programming black (slave) keys using the orange (master) key.
This procedure requires the orange key. If you have lost all black keys and do not have the orange key, contact us for options.
This procedure covers most KTM models through 2013 with an immobilizer system using the orange key. The RC8 and RC8 R, Adventure, Duke and Super Duke, Supermoto, Etc.

Thanks for the video. Solved an issue I had recently. I lost my main key and tried to use the spare. Then found my key and tried to use it but I'd unprogrammed it. Your video resolved this for me.
1290 owner. Super helpful video! Do you know if trying to use the orange(won’t allow you to start the engine) would require you to reset all my black keys prior to allowing the black keys to fire up the engine? The immobilizer indicator steady blinks red whenever I have my black keys in now, 6 times. The -engine won’t start, just the usual startup-ready to race, starter -solenoid noise-whine heard, smell-hear fuel pump, but not allowing the engine to start to kick over. New battery, tested relay good. Any ideas?
Amazing video, I am in lebanon and have the orange key but lost the black one, can you share what chip I need to add on my blanc key to be able to reprogram a new black one?

Nice, I have the master key, there is only one black or slave key, if I want to have another slave key, should I run the process with the new and the old slave key too, or just with the new one? Thanks for the video
You will need to register ALL keys every time you use the orange key.

What happens if u run your bike with the programming key ?
It does not run with the program key.
Tried to contact you but my email won't connect. No keys for my ktm. I'll try calling, been in contact with my local shop but I haven't ordered anything, don't know if my level of expertise is sufficient or complete instructions if its a major job.
