YES!!! Here it is! One day I will get me an FX when I sale a kid or 2. lol I have a Hatsan AT-44 Long. (refurbished) That got me into pcp. Love your vids keep up the good work brother!
Matt; though we've shot pneumatics at the same events, and that's how I've known you; this trip with shooting and cooking a "poikey" was just so joyful to watch. Your beautiful videography, scenery commentary, and camping while hunting transported me back to my high school days when we spent our summer doing this. I have yet to even think about those days is way too long. What a treat you've provided to those of us who camped, hunted, and cooked over a fire with family. This lent us a "WHY" to naturally be riflemen, camp cooks, and naturalists, which were our very good memories. While watching you two cooking and camping I was treasuring those memories of some of my best times. Thank you for that.
Every time I watch the mountains and small streams just make me feel like home when I was a youngster I will never forget and will never have it again unless I travel there you are blessed my friend 👍
@IMPACT SHOOTING, need to get your Landcruiser situation sorted out and go camping with Matt and co occassionally..........oh and stay off the motocross bikes!
These baboon hunting videos are my absolute favorite because they give me an indescribable emotion, plus you have quality equipment that no one else has on TH-cam. When you upload videos like this I won't miss a single one. Congratulations brother
You are a respectable person who lives with all kings. The most beautiful thing is the beautiful nature, as if you were living in kings. I love such a place.. You are kings.. Greetings to you from Arab Iraq
I definitely enjoy these camping/hunting videos immensely! I grew up with a family from SA and the stories the parents shared just kept me enthralled with every single word! Everything about the video is so good! Thank you brother! Stay safe and shoot straight
The camera shots of the carnage the bullet does to the monkeys are absolutely brilliant … A grade marksmanship as well as camera work … your so brave to be sleeping where there’s leopard prints all over campsite ..
I really love your videos and I can only imagine how awesome it is that you get to enjoy some of your hunts with your wife. My wife loves the happiness my air rifles bring me but she doesn't want to hunt. After 5 years of airgunning I've finally got a couple high end rifles. Thanks for the time you put into your videos
Camping in a different league! I cannot comprehend the nonchalance with which you set up camp in a place with such obvious sign of bloody leopards! I'd only feel safe inside a cage of high tensile chain link!
Although shooting Monkeys is peculiar to me living in Australia I can imagine that with their intelligence they could be extremely destructive in farmed areas. A pest is a pest is a pest. The scenery is Bloody glorious and as it is the height of summer here now I would give my pension for a week in the winter mountains. :)
I understand where ya coming from. I'm in America and we have 4 pet cats (indoor only) and I understand that cats in Australia are an invasive species and are often shot. Sure it's a bit sad, but it's for the best for all. In Florida we shoot iguanas. One person's pet can be another persons Pest! Cheers!
Ok given what you just said how do humans figure in??? Aren’t we “pests”??? Also I’ve seen that Australian game officials shooting dingo and other animals with AR-15s the citizens can’t own!!! This is to say nothing about the Covid concentration camps (sorry “involuntary quarantine”). I have way way more faith in South Africa at this point!!!
@@danielcurtis1434 Some people certainly are pests. What's your point :) Your perspective on Australia is a little skewed too. We can indeed own and use semi auto rifles on a Class 3 licence. Im sure the high wire fences topped with razor Wire around cattle farms over there are just to keep the Catttle in. The Quarantines are to keep us safe from feral Cats and Dingos :P
I found your channel and now have another great channel along with all the great individual's you get to work with channels to binge watch. I love seeing people find success in something they are passionate about. Your channel has reignited my love for hunting and nature as well. Respect from the US brother, keep it up.
Such a great video of all the mountains and surroundings. Such a beautiful valley and canyons. Love your camp sites and your auxiliary battery / compressor set up. (You have me dreaming of hunting there.) I’ve been to South Africa, Botswana, and close to Namibia on big game hunts but how relaxing your moving around and just enjoying life / hunting / marksmanship is just to my liking. I’m sure I’ll once again go to bed tonight and dream of following in your footsteps. Such beautiful country!!! (And the slow cooked meal was such a bonus to your video. Love it!). Good and safe travels to you both.
Great video as always. Was planning to do a bow hunting trip to SA, now I wanna do an air rifle nuisance control hunt! I watch you a lot, I've got the M3 700mm and I'm always impressed with how far out you'll stretch an Impact's reach.
Thank you for making my day I always enjoy watching your videos because you so much of the Flora and fauna in your videos and now that I don't live in the desert anymore I enjoy seeing all of the aloe trees the succulents and the acacia trees and not to mention all The Rock cliffs please keep up the good work and always looking forward for the next video
I used to tie balloons to the tops of hay growing out in the field! 500 yards with a strong cross wind of about 20km we were making hits but had more misses! Wind was blowing the hay and balloons making things extremely difficult but great for training!

You are amazing! I love the precise calculations to zero in on these monkeys! You should make a videos on how to get precise calculations to zero in shot an animal!that would help a lot in understanding how to take these insane shots!
Lovely footage. I visited Bloemfontein some 20 years ago, wish I had more time to spend. I stumbled upon a boomslang just around the corner of the hotel, my first animal encounter there. 😬

Just out of curiosity. Understanding they are a pest and when your doing pest controll you can't always use the animal. Are they useful for anything like can you eat them or use their fur ? Or do they carry many desises
I like heavier bullets, not that I have anywhere the hunting experience, but I go heavy, I have a .300 BLK and it drops like a rock after 125 yards and I want a 300 PRC, but I may go with a 7mm PRC that is impressive. That is in the .2xx range like the .270 ? give or take ?
