Dude, everyone has been talking about Darnell Nurse. It's practically been non-stop talking about him since he signed his massive contract. For a couple years now, people have been b*tching non-stop about his boneheaded plays and his taking up s much cap space. Although he IS overpaid for what he brings, as goes Nurse, so goes the Oilers because he's supposed to be our #1 Dman. Overpayment was rife throughout the league in the offseason that the contract was signed, so it was pretty much par for the course. The problem was that he's been playing too many minutes and with nagging injuries for the past couple seasons, and this year he seems to be finally healthy. Let's hope it stays that way!

When he signed the contract he was trending in that direction to be a 20 goal physically dominant defender was truly looking like a unicorn hockey player and on top of that wearing a letter a huge part of the core of this team he was likely not doing great because of that torn hip flexor, and having to carry Cody Cecil
If I were you I’d keep the focus off subs and only on my content and personality. I think you’re past that. Just my opinion. People like you because you’re authentic. Subs are and will come.
