The Red Mist and Black Silence come from an AMAZING game that I think everyone should try out if they enjoy tactic turn based combat with card based systems that will absolutely rock you if you don't read later down the line. It's also a Korean voiced visual novel with music and visuals that move your emotions. "Library Of Ruina." Prequel to the game is Lobotomy Corporation, made by a small band of college students who grew to create Library of Ruina after large success.
I was once playing against red mist, it was really fun, and it was balanced UNTIL he used retaliate and it turns out it was FASTER THAN GRAB, anyways, very fun and balanced if the enemy wants to play fair.
If you're doing more, you should check out Librarian. Presumably based on Roladn as well, but with a VERY considerable twist. All I'll really say without spoiling is that their move, "Skip Chapter", has a small puff of smoke that's insanely important for their Specials, and their Taunt is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for their Specials if you want to save meter.

Bedman isn't a faithful recreation of the character in the games he's from. Instead its a combination of his abilities in both games. The Deja vu mechanic and the instant kills come from Guilty Gear Xrd The Glitch and the girl come from Guilty Gear Strive (but in Strive Delilah can't actually do anything, her attack was taken from the DLC story mode cutscene) Also, you forgot to mention the Blue Roman Cancel ability

Red is great, yeah. but you have NO options for any situations where you're -2, which is... shockingly often in OKI situations. Also sure, retaliation is powerful... if it hits. The -30 frames of endlag if you whiff? not so much lmao. Keter's judgement is good, except you forgot about his stagger meter: if you deal 60000-ish damage to him without kether dodging one of your attacks or countering, he enters a stagger state where he becomes briefly invincible... before having 80 frames of vulnerability. This makes literally any mistake 10x worse, and encourages reads and knowing how to string the longest possible combos, so you never enter a disadvantage state. Sorta the same thing about bedman, good judgement but you forgot abut his most important mechanic: Roman cancels. Essentially, screenwide freezes with extra movement that usually leave you plus and ignore free cancel state. Blue roman cancel, specifically, is your new whiff cancel, and instead of stopping whatever your move is in one frame, it instead takes 5 frames, but lets you move the same distance as your hitbox in any direction. This is, as you can imagine: EXTREMELY FUCKING STRONG. Red roman cancels cost meter instead of burst bar, but they let you extend combos WAY over what should be feasible or legal.
