- After being locked in Belgium for a long time, we're finally travelling again and our first trip is to Cape Town, South Africa, where we see penguins on the beach, go thrift shopping, eat at the best restaurants, chill at the Clifton beaches, drive Chapman's Peak Drive, and so much more!

You guys should take a drive to a town called Franschhoek. It’s not that far from Cape Town but it is an extremely beautiful valley town with amazing Cape Dutch architecture.

As a Capetonian - I agree! Especially when you can go up the cable car , Signal Hill or Table Mountain road and see Cape Town from there!

Boulders Beach is the only colony of penguins on any continent other than Antarctica. Researchers believe that a colony situated on an ice shelf that broke off from Antarctica a few hundred years ago drifted all the way to the Cape of Good Hope before it melted. And that was enough to deposit these unique creatures on the south of the African continent. On a totally different note... penguins never fail to amuse me: they seem to act like a very self-important British lord in a tuxedo.😂

Things change so quickly, but I think it’s only required inside (except for eating and when exercising).
