Every single driver that is in that car (Mazepin and Stoll included) can destroy most if not all rally drivers. They aren’t f1 drivers, they are the best drivers in the world. So lets break it down, id 1 person does 100% in 10 years, then 10 people do that in 1 year, or 3650 people do that in 1 day. Each team consists of at least 300 people, across the year (season) they only output as much ad 10 average people. I don’t think that is the issue causing global warming, how about you?

Always baffled at the people who hate him. Even if you think there are drivers who have been better, it doesn't mean you have to disrespect the man, especially when he's one of only two drivers on the grid (Vettel being the other) who bothered to use their platform to try to create positive change.
To be absolutely fair the cars do have less downforce than F1 cars, and maybe certain drivers don't have as much experience with that kind of racing. Still an absolutely amazing achievement and shows how adaptable Hamilton can be
They did, almost 2 years ago (when he first switched from McLaren to Mercedes), and he did a 1:42.9, a full 1.1 seconds quicker than Vettel. Not that big of a surprise really, considering he was only 0.7 slower in the wet than Seb was in the dry.

Nobody denies that. I think Fernando is an overall better driver than Lewis, but I always say that Lewis is the fastest driver F1 has ever seen (maybe only Senna would match) and only comparable in speed with Sebastian Loeb in modern era automobile racing. But speed isn't everything. And although Fernando's speed was never what he shined for, you have to be really stupid to not see that Fernando is also a blood fast driver too
Javier costa henere Lots of people do actually deny that Lewis is a great driver. Plenty say “it’s just the car”. Fernando is a great driver as well though. As was Senna. As was Schumacher. There’s been a few truly great drivers through the years. I think people get caught up on try to choose the GOAT, when really there’s a few drivers that should be recognized for being fantastic.
@@codymiller1994 trying to say who is the goat is actually quite silly, is more like a bar talk, you can spend hours arguing without reaching nothing clear. And that is because objectively, it makes no sense because who won or not has much more things involved than just driver skill. You can recognize different drivers achieving the same goal in different era have different amount of difficulty or challenge, but you can't measure that difference. So it makes no sense trying to approach that topic objectively
Hamilton, Senna, Schumacher, Lauda, Alonso, Villeneuve. The best drivers of the modern age of F1. If they had the best car they were utterly dominant. If they had a weak car they extracted more from it than was technically possible. Also great in the wet.

@@sqlevolicious i think the more correct question is "who would've thought that Mercedes would be one of the most dominant team in F1 history." After their more or less lackluster early years. Many doubt Lewis's move on joining Mercedes, but turns out the rest is pretty much history
@SUPREME MEGATRON Absolutely. The 2007, 2012, and 2016 titles were lost for him by unreliability and team errors. He was arguably the best-performing driver in 2009 and 2010 and was unlucky to miss out through a variety of issues in those years.
@ Except in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2017, and 2018. In all of which cars he won races and three of which were championship-winning seasons. Only 9 times in history has the world champion not driven for that year's constructors' champions. The last time it happened? Lewis Hamilton in 2008 when he won the title in inferior machinery with a team-mate who came 7th in the championship with two of the greatest wet-weather drives in the history of the sport (from a guy in only his 2nd season) along the way. In 2017, his team-mate finished behind a Ferrari and in 2018 behind both Ferraris and a Red Bull. In 2017 and 2018, Ferrari had the fastest car on a plurality of weekends and Hamilton had to come from behind at the halfway point to eventually win both titles by two clear race wins worth of points. The only man to have ever won in every car he has ever had and yet people say he can only win with the best car. Unless he has had the best car every single year, this is factually wrong. I also think it interesting that Hamilton is the only guy who gets this charge levelled against him. Senna never won a title without a dominant car. Nor did Prost or Mansell or Fangio or Ascari or Lauda or Hakkinen or Clark or either Hill or Button or Schumacher or Andretti or, or, or....... It never ceases to amaze me how ex-F1 drivers, journalists, current drivers, mechanics, designers, engineers and so on all fall over themselves to talk about how Hamilton is the equal of any driver who has ever raced in Formula 1... you get guys like Alonso (himself an all-time great and who Hamilton beat in equal machinery in his first season in F1) who say that Hamilton could win in dominant cars, in good cars, and in bad cars and that not every F1 champion can claim that... there is a mountain of empirical evidence that the charge of needing the best car applies less to Hamilton than to mountains of previous champions... then you get internet randoms who go slating the guy for only being able to win in a dominant car. Ridiculous.
From this video you just can see why people like Jeremey etc hate Lewis. He doesn't pretend to be some kind of petrol head with his diesel car comments. And this is the reason why old school guys don't like Lewis because he's different. He's got bigger balls and is a much better driver then Jeremey, Ecclestone etc will ever be. He's not the typical F1 petrol head driver and I love that about him! He doesn't have to prove a point, he doesn't need to be a Guy Martin to show he knows about motors and if he was like that I know that the petrol heads would adore him. But he's not. Shame he didn't listen and let Rosberg be the rammy one.

Lewis Hamilton is one of the greatest F1 drivers of all time. I don’t understand why allot of people downplay him all the time.
Nostalgia because he has become a whiny Pom
His attitude, particularly in recent times, hasn't endeared him to a lot of people.
I don't really understand why people downplay his ability in F1. Has he been the b at person in recent times? No. Does he have a good car and team? Absolutely, the best at that. But both of those things can not deduct from the fact that he is one of the best F1 drivers of all time.

Lewis is a class act. Always has been.
Always baffled at the people who hate him. Even if you think there are drivers who have been better, it doesn't mean you have to disrespect the man, especially when he's one of only two drivers on the grid (Vettel being the other) who bothered to use their platform to try to create positive change.
This guy is faster in a wet and oily track than Jensen Button in a dry one... no wonder he's on his way to 10 F1 Championships.
Which is impressive since Jenson is no slouch either! He did win a championship afterall.
To be absolutely fair the cars do have less downforce than F1 cars, and maybe certain drivers don't have as much experience with that kind of racing. Still an absolutely amazing achievement and shows how adaptable Hamilton can be
So ... let's bring Lewis back and see what he does when it's DRY!!!
They did, almost 2 years ago (when he first switched from McLaren to Mercedes), and he did a 1:42.9, a full 1.1 seconds quicker than Vettel. Not that big of a surprise really, considering he was only 0.7 slower in the wet than Seb was in the dry.
McGuinty2 Ricciardo still faster :D
+Juan Daniel 97 In a brothel or drinking games, yes.
No, Ricciardo did actually beat him in the dry.
0.7s slower than Ricciardo is what he does
When I watched this ... He already equals Ayrton Senna's 41st F1 Win at Suzuka Today.
Never realize that now he had become among the Greatest F1 Legend.

The best episode of this series is the one with the 24 hour endurance race, with the Botswana Special a close second.
What is the name for this episode ?
***** Clip taken from series 10, episode 7.
Do you even read the description?
The episode he talks " Cerebral Method " .

The one I mention - my favourite of series 10 - is episode 9, which also reviews the bonkers A10.

That's where Daniel got THAT question inspiration?
People love to hate Lewis, but like him or not, you have to admit he’s a pretty damn good driver.
Also different eras, different cars, different tracks, different challenges... it's just too many things too much different.
@@davidh7088 idk why I thought Jacques for a second. Also, dare I say, 2012 has helped Alonso’s legacy a lot
Honestly.
I'd love a show where it's just Lewis Hamilton testing and trying any car he wants/is challenged to.
It would be very entertaining and funny as hell I'm sure..
Alone or with guest ride alongs with racers or anyone he wanted.
I'd give him 0 limits on any request for any car or person. We need a show like this...
That’s so true imagine if he had his own show of what you just said it will be the best show out there tbh.
Make it Lewis, Vettel and Kimi.
Max won't be needed, also add in Alonso, just so we can see Lewis and Alonso have beef on the track lol.
I'd make it always the top winner from the previous season, and 1 upcoming fan/driver favorite rookie (voted by drivers only) as the hosts.
Also. Kimi deserves a show alone lol...same with Vettel and Ricciardio..

Everyone. He was a star before he was in F1, everyone knew he was going to be a legend. Not many athletes come along like him and when they do, they stick out very much. Same with john john florence with surfing, tony hawk, sean white, ect.
Ridiculous.
