By retaining the best lots for yourselves as the developer, you have slowed development of Eko Atlantic, and made buy-in for businesses, domestic blue-chip partners, and other diaspora partners virtually non-existent. A strategy to get speculators to buy the least valuable pieces of land, then use the revenue from those sales to SLOWLY build on the best lots that you retained has failed you miserably and that is why Eko Atlantic has failed to live up to its potential to date in terms of development and jobs. I thought about investing but when I saw how you were going about divesting the least valuable plots I realized that investing was a scam as did most high-net-worth Nigerians! Until you change course, good luck!
