I have no control over ads on videos. From what I understand though, ads in the middle of videos occur on videos that are 8 minutes or longer. These are not especially good for Karaoke. I've reuploaded this particular track with a few seconds of silence cut from the end, bringing it just under that threshold. Hopefully that means no one will have their singing interrupted. :) Let me know if it works out.

Mainly you just need any permissions you'd normally need with regards to the artist/label. On TH-cam that is simpler than in a lot of other places. You should be fine to sing over it. Other platforms can be more restrictive.
