I also wanted to copy and add the PRR passenger 3 chime to an existing sound slot.

You show how to make a new folder in the sound library (Lok sound template pack). What happens to that new folder, and any files within, when esu comes out with an updated template pack? Thank you for the informative video!

Good job, Matt. I’m new with Loksound and am fascinated by the flexibility of these systems. I am also appreciative of these tutorials to help me get the most out of my loco’s. I do have one question, though. I recently bought a ScaleTrains loco and Lokprogrammer. I don’t see the all the good stuff you are showing with this video with the program supplied by SXT, but I do when downloading a ESU file. So apparently these templates and such aren’t inherently imbedded in the OEM supplied programs but need to be created. Is that right?

Does this apply to Select Direct Micro decoders in Atlas N scale locos?

Your moving horns between sound slots where you can select, copy and paste, but how do you add a horn (PRR passenger 3 chime)from Template Pack where it won't let you select it to do a copy and paste?

First you need to move the template pack which has the whistle you want into the file by selecting the template, and the soundslot and then press the plue left arrow. about 10:50 of the video shows a little about this.
