I have this cook book and love it although some of the recipes are daunting because i am not familiar with all the ingredients. Love the beef and broccoli recipe. This soup sounds great and i think i can execute it. Thanks for the new idea!
Tom Yum is not too difficult--had to order the Kaffir leaves on Amazon. Got the other ingredients at the Asian market next to Apalachee Pkwy and Capital Circle. Thanks for your comment and for watching!
