    • Closing thoughts:
o On wrist - Larger than a dress watch but thin and low-slung for a sports watch, the Divido is definitely its own thing, feeling flashy but not overdone, it’s detail rich and has the high-level execution to back up the complex design language
o Model variants - Check site links in the description for options and availability
o Comparable models - At the price point, you could compare this to Grand Seiko with similar quality but where GS will stop at a dynamic dial and wrap that in a more restrained silhouette, Minase chooses to use the entire watch case and bracelet to showcase their attention to detail and artistry
o Bottom-line - This is NOT for everyone; it takes a seasoned collector to really be able to appreciate everything that goes into producing something like this, especially at the price point. The Divido isn’t a great one-watch type of wear, its very niche and specific, it’s more a crown jewel for a larger collection but a crown jewel none-the-less

This brand gained wide exposure in Japan when Shinzo Abe started to wear this model. There is also now a new model with its own unique style.

Wowsers. I am blown away. Beyond refreshing. So alien, and in a good way. I like that they didn’t go with a generic 2824 or clone; they took it a step further and went for a 2892, and superbly, adeptly finished it. The way the light plays off the bracelet and case is second to none.
If Wing Liang of Aragon Watches - formerly Android - had an unlimited budget, this is something I’d be expect him to produce. Something this unique can only originate from Asia. I was not aware of this brand, and because I’m so in love with this piece, I have some homework to do.
Fantastic review as always. Thx, Mark.

God, I’m in love 😂 I already left a comment, but just want to add that bracelet and those lugs are bonkers good.

I never heard of this brand but this is a great looking watch. Rugged yet classy at the same time. Great review!

Wow. I love it I wish more watches come with quick or on the fly micro adjustment

The cool thing about the large date aperture is that you can figure out the date even if a hand is blocking the actual date.

What a stunning watch! Love the uniqueness of this one. I want one! A lot of money, but for the craftsmanship, worth it. Thanks for this eye candy!

Why did you not mention that the 12 o'clock marker is actually a "Transformer" ® face front view? I heard you mention that you got a Transformer/ Michael Bay vibe, but look at the 12. It's an Autobot face!

Interesting. My browser flags their website as not a private connection and so does not let me visit it.

Hey Mark - is the dial similar in colour to the SLA055?

Definitely a brand more people need to be aware of. A fantastic showcase of Japanese watch making & a rival to any GS, although I do personally find them slightly on the large size unfortunately.

How would this wear in a 6.5” wrist? The lug-to-lug dimensions might be too much.

This gave me a headache. So confused. Is this a joke?

No, not a joke. Sorry for the headache though.
