Old Miramar Traffic Lights Surrounded By Abandoned

- The traffic lights in this video face a small parking lot that is only open during the day, but closed at night which makes the signals stay red for several hours. It's a little rare for them to turn green because of how quiet the parking lot is behind me and when it does turn green, it's only green for a few seconds before going back to red because it is usually just one vehicle waiting at the red.
The reason why traffic lights are even at this intersection is because there are two railroad crossings that are very close to the intersection and they have to respond to both crossing signals activating to make sure the cars are away from the train tracks. This doesn't matter anymore because both railroad crossings are out of service. The crossing near me went out of service in the summer of 2024 and the other crossing further down the street went out of service in the mid 2010's. Now the traffic lights are just here for traffic.
Here is my video of the railroad crossing up close down the street and a good look at the old train tracks. • Upgraded, Then Abandon...
Also here are my videos of the rest of the signals at this intersection.
