Dear Ladies and Gentlemen from JLM ! Kindly asking to explain how that JLM oil fluid saving exhaust gas valves and seats , if burn out 100% without affected catalytic system ?
I'm about to give this a try, and from what I can tell some cars can cope with LPG without any need of lubricant some can't. Honda's are generally built to a very high standard and probably have hardened valve seats and valves out the factory. Sadly my Vauxhal/Opel Astra doesn't and as such I've replaced 2 valves within the last year due to heat and dryness caused by LPG. I'm going to try a product similar to this and see if it helps :)
Now tell me something very important. On ford focus 2009 (all engines) the inlet has a G shape curve and all the lubricant that is dripping it is gathering inside the inlet on the bottom. The valves are 20cm higher. On 1.4L engine there is not enough pressure to draw that lube. Does the lube evaporate? If it doesnt evaporate than it will gather and gather there until it clogs the inlet. Ive even noticed that if you leave the luge on high temperature it hardens. So you can imagine what will happen after years of use. I think in laboratory conditions the valve saver may do something but installed like my case where the lube can drip and gather in one place it will only do bad to the engine.
You can leave it on, as it won't cause any harm, but if you want to turn it off, put a small solenoid on the tube going to the intake, and connect the solenoid in parallel to the gas solenoid. This way, it'll stop sending fluid when the gas flow stops.
how can you make a video with mounting instructions, and say yo drill a hole on the intake, without removing it , or the butterfly ? ?? where goes that material ?? or you take off the intake or you have to clean it.
joao martins Many thanks for your comments! Of course it is important that the material will not enter the manifold and or combustions chamber, this must be avoided at all times. Most professional motor mechanics will have dedicated tools which will prevent the material from entering the manifold indeed. When using these special tools it will not be required to take it off or to clean it. With kind regards, JLM Lubricants
+JLM Lubricants Could you describe which "special tools" you are meaning to drill a hole on the intake which will prevent filings entering in to manifold???
ah :) you are noob i can see, every LPG installer will tell you that they drill without removing the manifold and that some of the plastic go inside and they will burn off. NOT one will tell you that they had problems with cars that have small particles of plastic go inside the combustion chamber. So you should not care.
Thank you for your message! We know that JLM Valve Saver Fluid works in most other dosing units/kits. We do not recommend to use another valve saver fluid to be used in the JLM Valve Saver Kit as we do not know if it will work properly or not. So to be on the save side, pls use JLM VSF in the JLM dosing kit. Thanks!
Dear Ice Man, many thanks for your question! And yes, I understand your question, it would make sense to add JLM's Valve Saver Fluid directly in to the fuel tank. However, with LPG (Propane) the cylinder is pressurized which makes it complicated to add, hence the dosing reservoir. There have been others in the past who tried to add in to the pressurised autogas tank but without succes. Trust to have been of help! Regards from Amsterdam:-)
This is the same nonsense like fill in rear differential gear by oil through the engine oil neck located under the bonnet🤣🤣🤣. And you forgot about gas filter just before reducer. Regards from London😀
Hello, I'm from Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia. My JLM KIT dripping glass cracked. went to dealer changed it. After 2 months it cracked again. Going to the dealer soon to replace it and ti find out why the dripping glass cracked. Info : i'm using car Daihatsu Mira type JLM kit installed infront of the radiator beside the battery. Malaysia temp quite hot especially in the afternoon. *dripping when engine is OFF. the JLM kit installed to high from the output hose

That means their oil has been tested and approved by manufacturer. Nothing else, but according to the personal priorities any other brand will work out in similar way
I found the initially a good response from the JLM oil system. Engine is running smooth and found little powerful. this is for my m-800 car CNG.
where did u get this install in india ?

Grazie per l'invenzione 😊

Did this product work for you? I’m looking to get a kit and would love the feedback you got
What do you think about toyota corolla?does it need valve saver?

I am sure you exaggerate the problem
You can install the kit that connects to the gas tubes that go to the injectors. The only problem is that it costs 10x more.
Can I use this oil to protect the valve seats in engine running only on gasoline?
Enriching - tests and opinions
What the point? Just let timing advance set it correct angle itself
I have the same saver kit.. but how do I stop it when I'm running the engine on petrol?
You can leave it on, as it won't cause any harm, but if you want to turn it off, put a small solenoid on the tube going to the intake, and connect the solenoid in parallel to the gas solenoid. This way, it'll stop sending fluid when the gas flow stops.
The Vauxhals in general they are suffering in valves and valve seats even though without the use of lpg...so ?
Can I use it in a turbocharged car? The manifold is working with positive pressure instead of vacuum... So? Is it working?
It's not gonna work, you'll need to use a system that has a metering pump and connects to the gas tubes that go to the injectors.

Dear Jacek, thank you for your comment. Generally a magnetic drill is used to prevent the material of entering into the manifold.
Thanks!
How can help me a magnetic drill if the mainfold is made of thermoplastic??????

Здравствуйте, сколько капель масла а минуту должно капать? Двигатель 1.4
Thank you for your question! 12 to 15 droplets of JLM Valve Saver Fluid per minute as an average setting (at idle speed).
I got a jlm Saver Kit in my Car. but i also got 2 L of flashlube valve Saver Fluid. Does the flashlube liquid Work with the jlm Saver Kit?

Have you noticed any problems with the valve saver fluid leaking from the cap?
yes, after several years it will leak, not from the cap but from top plate. You will have to replace the entire kit.
question: why don't you just poor the valve saver oil in the gas tank ????
guess cuz of the GDI.

Actually, if used correct ignition timing processor then no lubricants as a valve savers are needed .
Where to buy this in India?
From Noor Auto Fuel System, Kindly contact us +919924786015. we are importer of this kit

It shouldn't do as there is no vacuum caused by the engine, I would think this is what causes the drip :)
Have you seen our Valve Saver animation yet? It provides more background info. View it here th-cam.com/video/9VR_FE65zpo/w-d-xo.html
@gm service nagel
Only use our fluid haha
