I literally didn’t want this to end ❤ so good!
This episode is incredible. 😍❤️ Thanks Christy. 😊👍🏾
I’m here for Kamie! Ever since she won Miss Teen USA in 2010, I’ve been following her. She is such an inspiration and a lovely person. Thank you for this podcast!
Kammie is one of the baddest women I know ❤️
Kamie's outspoken and a bit too rough around the edges and not a great role model like a titleholder should be, imo
i need vanessa hudgens Vulnerable episode
Probably one of your best episodes Christy .. and I’ve seen all of them. Well done. ❤
Wonderful episode. Really been enjoying the guests. Great energy.
Happy Tues to my fav pod & pod host C.C.R.! thanks for another wonderful episode! And a wonderful guest! Kamie seems super cool!! ❤️💯
Personally I don't understand why a beauty pageant still exists today
Coming from somebody who did pageants from the time I was a baby until I was 19..me either they are not it
They give women so many opportunities. Im a former and I was able to get scholarships and jump start my career.🫶🏽
There’s a lot of dark sides coming out lately. Glad I avoided these things. Thanks for the info.
As a millennial who was a tween growing up in the 90's, we are the last generation to really have enjoyed it all before all the mess going on these days. I am thankful for the memories of the 90's & early 2000's. What a time it was.
To someone who reads lips, tell me what Kamie said when they cut off the sound. Lol.
Not gonna lie! I was loookg for a Kamie Crawford interview from her podcast and this interview popped up!!!!!!! Girl!!!!! I didn’t know you had a podcast!!! You still look the same from Even Steven’s!!! I’m so glad you are doing well!!
Awesome job christy with the podcast.
Ahhh what a great interview with Kamie! Thanks Christy for interviewing a former Miss Teen USA. Right now, a new ownership has taken over and have completely silenced its winners with *_an NDA preventing them from talking about their experiences… in perpetuity (indefinitely; for life)._* 😵😵 It’s just absolutely nuts and guess what’s crazy… the new owner is a woman! _(Flashback to what you said earlier about how men can be better feminists than women)._ it would be cool to see an interview from Dani Walker or Denise White or lawyer Rosanne Marie Plante who are the voice piece of the current Miss USA / Miss Teen USA that resigned last week
Good morning ☀️ Vulnerable Pod. Happy Tuesday. 😊
Today's the 20th anniversary of "Ella Enchanted".
Cool. Not sure if you saw this but quick question if you answer any on here. Something i saw mentioned online, have you saw the memes or comments I think about Kim's cheer outfit or skirt showing something or being surprising for tv i guess a few times, like episode tick tick tick kims chased by shego and in ill suited, kims fighting ron when he took her battlesuit ? Would you ever mention that or your thoughts on it? It’s interesting how things like that in animation work. It's funny but kind of odd they did that and when the animation is cursed when paused sometimes.
Kami is well adjusted because she’s a Scorpio like me!! We love Scorpios!!!
Quick question for you Christy and I know it’s off topic but do you miss making your cooking videos? My mom likes to cook a lot.
I was very excited to see more of Kamie and I enjoyed this interview. The world of pageants don't seem to be that popular in Canada so I learned a lot! I'm a bit confused with the comment about feminism, though. I think recognizing that the wives of those wealthy men were not there to uplift or empower the young girls competing in pageants and understanding that those women were probably anti-feminist made more sense. To say that feminism doesn't work for everybody in response to Kamie's experience is a bit odd. Feminism doesn't mean that all women are right or have good intentions. To acknowledge and to talk about how those women should be held accountable for the sexist and misogynistic mistreatment of young girls they were responsible for is actually a feminist practice. I'm always willing to recommend books and essays if needed :)!
loved this conversation and as a fellow millennial, hard agree!!!
Wow she is so beautiful
This was an interesting episode.
Christy be like "I didn't choose the cheese life, the cheese life chose me"
There were at least 4 years in Millennials lives we were not in recession. It can happen again too
Kamie is so cute 🥰 in this episode.
STOPP I love Kamie! 🥹💜
40:10 _“sometimes there’s men that are better feminists than women.”_ 💯😵
That’s wild all the stuff Kamie had to deal with from the wives
16:52 YESSSS! Millenials had to deal with Booomers, Gen X, Gen Z, and now Gen Alpha! We lived many lives!!!
Great job Christy ❤
Hey Christy and Kamie.
I mean yesh he should have sued his wife lol
We’re your cheeses 😆
this is why I don’t wanna marry a billionaire, the insecurity of the wives cause they KNOW their men are creepy cheaters
I related to this on such a smaller level but I competed in NPC bikini competitions and came in 1st place just to forever critique my body based on the male gaze 😅 There is so many crossovers from the pageant world. This episode of Vulnerable was healing and empowering, thanks ladies! ❤️🩹
