NDAs become void when a crime is committed or when your person is in danger. NDAs are not for the purpose of covering up illegal activities and are invalid if they are unconscionable, unreasonable, or go against public policy. Generally speaking, if you are being presented with a NDA, immediately consult a lawyer.

So there is now a crime in a man asking a woman if she likes older men? It’s creepy for sure but maybe she does many young women do! My God what we can’t talk now to each other? She just was in a contest that was all about her tits and ass. It certainly wasn’t about her brain… She’s not a neuroscientist she’s not an astronaut she’s not a wizard. She wasn’t you know inventing something to save humanity. She pranks around with her tits and ass out and One OK so some older guy thinks you’re attractive and hits on you.. she’s an adult! What's worst is Savannah, the new Miss USA's mother went on Instagram and said that Noelia quit for superficial reasons like not having name brand clothes and that she forgotten her role. She belittle Noelia implying she's weak and compared her role to a police officer, then suggested that her negative experience were a mere exaggeration. Nonsense, there are people who genuinely love and support the pageant industry. Miss USA is going through an incredibly rouch patch right now and that's all due to the wrong decisions being made by people who had hiring power. However, globally pageants have proven to be cultural beacons of country's (in this regard I think of the Miss France pageant which is incredibly well run and functions to be of service to the French people, they love it). Pageants when used and lead correctly can also become powerful platforms that affirm women and aid in giving them a voice to share and advocate for their causes (in this regard I think of the 'Miss South Africa' pageant which on an international level has challenged traditional beauty standards, has had amazing winners who till this day work with international advocacy and empowerment bodies to better the lives of ordinary people, women and children.
It's not always about the glitz and glamour, playing dress up and walking in bikinis like a lot of you all in your limited perceptions understand pageantry to be. And it's really important that before making such blanket statements you take the time to research their value and purpose, thereafter you'll understand why they're a social good.

I was in a local pageant that had nothing to do with these pageants when i was in hs.
Maybe a year later the girl that won was in my class. She tpld me she knew one of the judges and had the other judges vote for her too. She received a modeling contract. She also said she didnt really like modeling anymore.

Not really important in countries that are developed. But I wouldn’t say old fashioned bc it teaches girls how to be well rounded individuals. U clearly don’t understand the concept. Pageants should be abolished. Girls thinking ooh I’m beautiful and I should have a crown is ridiculous. There is no need now nor ever for females to strut there stuff and say look at me. I’m better than you. Pageants tried to use scholarships as a way to deter from the fact that it is based on beauty …hence the term beauty pageants. Conceited girls thinking they’re the best based upon their appearance has always been appalling. And no I am not an ugly female who is jealous…In fact I’m an attractive intelligent woman. It is great to be confident and proud of your appearance …we all post photos of when we think we look and feel beautiful. Beauty pageants simply exploit girls/women and send the wrong message on what ideal beauty should look like. I wish these girls much success and happiness along with good health.

This type of contract agreement likely goes on in many sectors such as talent competitions too. Once you sign on the organization “owns” you and your life is out of your control. I once thought it was sad that a great talent didn’t win American Idol but I now think it’s a blessing in disguise that he didn’t because he was later able to control his own career. Thank goodness these two young women had the guts to speak out!
