+SuperCrusher72 Awesome to hear you are implementing the tips and training my friend, appreciate the kind words. I totally know how you feel learning everything on your own. I feel it has its good and bad sides, you have to put in more work, time, and effort to achieve the goals you want than most people but I find due to this extra work and effort put into learning on your own you gain strong passion, work ethic, independence, and creativity. Train safe! - Thomas

Yet another couple of exercises that appear like some kind of cakewalk but absolutely are not -- especially hard for people who are lacking muscle tone. I swim almost everyday practically live on a bicycle but these were a challenge. Little muscle areas wete hiding; arthritis doesn't help. There are more than five exercises you could easily eliminate if you do these with hawk- like attention to every second of the gesture. Yoga-like.
SERIOUSLY if you have no intention whatsoever to do any jumping in your life, do these anyway -- along with the ballet-based calf work video. They will change your stance and your gait !
    Thank you again, TB

Hi, I watch your videos frequently. They are very use full for guys to train as Parkour or improve flexibility. And I would like to add up something.
In one of your recent video (Parkour Fitness - Parkour Mobility and Flow), I observed some unnecessary exercises / movements those are not recommended by modern day Doctors / Orthopedics. In other word those are bit of obsolete exercises now. (According to local physiotherapists).
Those can be named as; Neck Rotating (Very Critical), Hip Rotating, Knee Rotating (Very Critical) & Ankle Rotating. Please check it out.
    Keep up the good works.

♔ King Jay ♔ I thought so to actually :) might be worth giving it a try :) I'm quite new to parkour, I have dabbled in it before but damaged my back severly a couple of years back and have just started playing floorball again after a long term of building my back and core muscles again :)

It feels good ^^ spent a month without any feeling from chest down in 2012 and since have been a long and aggrevating struggle to get back in shape, but today i feel stronger than before ^^ I continue to work ln it every day and every day I grow stronger so this will be the ultimate test to prove to myself that I can do whatever I want to as long as I but my back into it (pun intended) :p
Good luck to you to with continuing to evolve with the parkour :)

+Tacos2000 Gonzalez I'd first check your technique, make sure your landing tech is proper. Then make sure your shoes are not causing the issue as well. Once you have your tech dialed in then I assume the issue for you will be to develop the strength and coordination to absorb the impact. So start small, at height you feel no pain. Train at this level for a week or so, then gradually add height with your landing. If you feel pain, drop back to the level where you feel no pain and train from this level until the strength and form is mastered.
