TappBrothers Hey guys, I'm 15 years old and I just began parkour a few months ago. Ever since I've been watching your tutorials they really helped and stopped me from getting hurt. I just wanted to say thank you so much and keep it up, as a fan's perspective I think you guys are great for stepping out of your own time and showing the parkour community good advice, thank you and i will continue to watch your videos!
I just used this certain technique of climb up and I'd say it is the best one out there for me, because I can finally get at the top without the struggle. so yeah this is better than jesse laflair's climb up tutorial.
You guys have the best tutorials related to parkour on youtube. Keep it up guys you just helped me conquer the kong vault and wall jump in 2 days. Standing Ovation.
Your tutorials are of immense help, impetus is on right and secure techniques. I am 33 yrs of age and learning it watching ur vids;I do try not to hurt myself
thanks a lot guys, thanks to you i've learned to kong vault and get up and over walls a lot faster and more effectively! thanks for giving us your time, and keep up the good work!
This is awesome, I'm going through the same things you guys were: not knowing the proper techniques and not having good spots or someone to teach me. This is an amazing thing and I can't wait for the next videos.
Great exercise for beginners. Another tip for those who don't hold mastery over this technique is that you have to give it time. It's like walking through a river on stepping stones. When only walking to your destination, one missed step and it's game over/tons of experience lost, say like injury or habits. You give it time and you'll get what you want.
I've been in many shtf situations (live in the Philippines) and this would've definitely helped. I'm learning parkour both for health and just in case i get into another shtf.
I looking to do horse vaulting but couldn't find any helpful videos on it so I'm looking up each skill that I will need. I'm also learning many other activities like this, I've always wanted to climb this one wall... now I know how! thanks for the great video
Im impressed , i dont have any muscle strength on my arms.. but those techniques they teach and recommend are so useful 🔥 , from riding a bmx bike to parkour is really hard to adapt... my height is 5'6 and training parkour for 3 months... i haven't known this techniques but i can climb tall walls and the hardest part of the wall is the top , lot of scratches and other things caught up in my hands and arms by doing wall runs , but now i know this techniques maybe i can grow myself and do this techniques perfect and fast in the near future.
I see a lot of e-mail in the comments. Sorry about the mix up, this video came from a web page with an e-mail signup below it. So you have to go to this page ( learnmoreparkour.com/5-day-parkour-course-3/ ) and enter in your e-mail there. We created a free 5 day training course you get as well. Again thanks for all the kind words and glad you enjoy the training! Please give a thumbs up if you found this helpful. -Jonathan
I'm so glad I found your vids guys! My conditioning isn't good right now so I'll be training over the winter to get a good baseline. Once spring and summer roll around, I'll be hitting these videos and the techniques hard.
You help me a lot with parkour and keep it up but I'm steel afraid of kong vault even when you made a video how to kong vault and can you make a video how to over come fear from kong vault and also I subscribed
I too am 16 & from a small town (population of 1,129 people) with obstacles in short supply. Most of the good obstacles are at the high school but the roofs are that weird sandpaper like texture so things like this are difficult to practice repetitively. There is a good place to practice this technique at the school but I can only do it a few times before my hands start hurting. I need to condition my hands more.
I would workout my upper body by climbing around my door frames but without shoes. I would wear a right glove to prevent me from sliding my hands away, such as climbing a wall, since both feet and hands of mine sweat alot!
ohh you put your name and e-mail on the page that's linked in the description! Sorry I should have been more clear in the vid ha. Click on the link in the top of the description and it will take you to the video page where there is an e-mail sign up :)
Yo, I always do things as I feel... "good" I mean I just use my instincts for most of the time. Can this intuition really screw up my joints? O.o Should I really spend time learning the "right" techniques or...
Hey everyone, I think the best way to practice this at the first time is training in a pool. Maybe it sounds strange, but if you don't have enough strenght yet to do it on real walls or you are afraid of hurting yourself, the water gives a little extra lifting-up strength. Btw. Sorry for my bad english, it's not my mother language.
+Black Panther I understand what you mean, It's like a muzzle up and jump, try to jump as high as possible and if your not strong enough you can go sideways and put your legs on the ledge
um, I would say yes. If you have the grip and strength I would say swing your body out so you can have an assist in popping over the ledge, that what I do at least.
I started doing parkour a few months a go and the only thing that I struggle with my confidence so fast r an example just say that vault over a railing I'm always worried about hurting my self so I don't do it
hey guys im 14 years old i am already starting to do parkour and your vids are helpin alot but im not in the best physical shape, i would like to know if you had any main workouts that i could do
oh btw tappbrothers, I tried to do a wall run, like you explained in one of your videos, but i incorporated a wall climb into it, so i ran 2 large steps on the wall and then launched onto a wall parallel to the first. I have a video to show you, but i can't upload to youtube. Anyway, thanks for all the help you have shown during these videos, and without you id probably we at home eating pizza all day
wow identical twins this is so cool , you guys are the best parkour channel i have seen ith tutorials really helping my wall jumping etc you should do a video where it looks like two of the same person running together doing identical movements that would be a cool film
Im 12 in bout 6 months im 13. My cut my self in my foot by accident while i was in the beach yesterday. As soonest as it heals im going to start parkour ♡
LC productions i think you should but keep other hobby's in mind i have horseback riding and parkour and you should have another one to stick with so in your breaks you can do an other sport that is what i am doing
I have a lot of trouble doing this, not really sure why, it could be the fact that I'm asthmatic and lose my breathe before I start the move at all or I'm just not strong enough to support my weight (I don't think thats the case though I'm 180 lbs now but I could do more with calisthenics before and used to be able to do 8-10 pullups in a set on average but I can't anymore) then it could be my diet, any tips on what I should try? Any help is appreciated
I wish I could do that but I live in the east end of Glasgow and to say the least if you try and do any rolls, climbs or flips you've got a pretty decent chance of falling on a cyringe or shattered glass... Plus there is no good spots and if there is a good spot it has barbed wire around it :3
Hey tap brothers my names Angus I'm 14 years old and I litterally just started parkour and I just want to say you're channel is amazing. I have a few questions. Like I was kinda wondering about how I build my mucles up so when I do a wall jump how I can lift myself up over the wall. Grabbing onto the wall and grabbing on at the top is fine it's just pulling myself up. Could you please help me😊 :)
hey im 12 years old and im actually developing good skills but i have a problem..i live in south africa and parkour is not big here so there are no gyms or anything and in my back yard i dont have much besides railings...not much walls...waht can i do?
I was watching and my 7 year old brother comes over and says "what the heck! There are two of the same guys" I thought that was funny. But seriously you guys are awesome, I started to watching you yesterday but my problem isn't technique its Osgood Shlauther disease, and guess what.... today it healed

I just used this certain technique of climb up and I'd say it is the best one out there for me, because I can finally get at the top without the struggle. so yeah this is better than jesse laflair's climb up tutorial.
I'm 14 and I live in the country, but my dad builds obstacles for me,I really apriechiate Yalls videos, they help alot
You guys have the best tutorials related to parkour on youtube. Keep it up guys you just helped me conquer the kong vault and wall jump in 2 days. Standing Ovation.

You help me a lot with parkour and keep it up but I'm steel afraid of kong vault even when you made a video how to kong vault and can you make a video how to over come fear from kong vault and also I subscribed
It's not because I'm scared of pain, its because I'm scared of embarrassment.
