Just 3:32 minutes in, and I am in tears. I had no idea how much I needed to hear this from the pulpit, specifically from a person who looks like you. My heart has been broken for years and I didn’t even realize it until just now. 🙏🏽

Let’s tell the truth: being honorable, working hard, having integrity gets you fired every time where politics is concerned. Those in authority don’t like these people because they feel intimidated, fearful of losing their own job. They are ruthless and evil and a job is a choice so pray for a right one-if one exists. If you abide in negativity with your boss and join the boys or girls club politically by not always doing the right thing in being honorable, you are included otherwise, forget it. I did everything the Lord commanded and won awards for my career and when that happened and it started getting attention, the boss gets rid of you and replaces you with their cousin. Let’s tell the truth: this world is not my home and we live amongst evil everyday. There is nothing left that you can do but pray for this world!

and pray to The Lord to remove the evil demonically possessed bosses and coworkers out of there!
He will if you remain faithful to Him -- He will answer the desires of your heart.
You have been put at that job to make a spiritual difference - don't be in sin or else it will become worse on you!

🎯 I'm hated for loving what I do and it reflects on yelp. Yet they won't reward me because I don't drink out with them and don't fornicate. The jealous is palatable. But I get a chance to witness and the enemy attacks and I know that. The Holy spirit calms me and blesses me, and I continue my purpose.

I recently left my hostile work place and I will never ever ever put up with a toxic work environment. I prayed to God to protect me when I left my work place and to give me grace. I feel like ever since I left that work place, my blessings are coming through for me, I feel so blessed to be feeling God's love... which was something I felt so so far away from in that horrible work place.

My bosses are a married "Christian" couple. The wife is a gaslighter and rules are everchanging depending on her mood. The only consistency is inconsistency. The business is a pigsty which we're not allowed to organize. The husband tries to smooth things over, but enables her. After twelve years, it's worn me down, and I feel like there's no choice but to find another job. When dealing with a narcissistic personality, you don't have a say in how things are managed unless you want to pay for it in the long run. I feel guilty leaving because they rely on me so much, but I feel God is leading me a different direction, and maybe they need the opportunity to change also.

@@tericarson5854 the wife sounds exactly like the boss I was dealing with... she was a mess and chaotic and kept changing the goal posts of projects when she wanted...wherever she was, confusion and panic would follow. I left after working under her leadership for 1 year and I left without even having a job... but God carried me through and now I've just started working in amazing company that has so many opportunities...even opportunities to travel I'm so happy that I've managed to move forward with my life and not look back!

@@sisandahenda5049 I'm glad you're out of there, and sorry you had to deal with that as well. I'm counting down the days when the husband is back after knee surgery in a couple weeks, then I'm hitting applications hard. It wasn't really bright for me to stay this long, but hindsight is 20/20 now. I went into this job after closing my business and divorce and felt beaten down, and have since been beaten down mentally working there. I'm choosing to fulfill who I am in Christ through truth and obedience and unfulfill what she thinks I am. Have a blessed week and thank you for your response ✝

Same. I have tried to run so many times and God will not let me leave. There is nothing that my college degrees or years of work experience can fix. This world has brainwashed us to tell us that the harder we work the further we get, if we get all of these degrees, if we put in all of this over time, if we put on our best suits and dresses, that we can thrive in this world. But when you are a child of God………… He does NOT care about any of that stuff, it is irrelevant to Him. The real work is in the work of the heart and your love for the Lord. I am currently making this major flip of understanding, and I get it now. But it’s very hard. You think the world owes you something after you’ve given it so much, only for it to not mean that much to God, because He is more interested in the matters of our hearts.

Wow! Two years later and I’m going through the same stuff at work tonight. I said “God PLEASE help me!! They are treating me badly and I heard in my head: “Lean into Me!” I said ok that’s You Lord. A few minutes later my mind started racing again and I said “LORD!!!! Help me!!!!!” There again I heard “LEAN INTO ME, Cheryl!” I said ok Lord ok. Your comment was confirmation on what I heard. That brings me comfort. Thank you and thank You, Jesus! BTW, I’m 59 years old and I do a very physical job, so yes I’m not as energetic as these 20 year olds. And that makes me feel awkward. God bless you!

WE don't look to get anytime of accolades from the world (Jesus servants, I speak of). Our work does not define us. I have and am still learning that the hostile environment is not just at work, its everywhere. the war is not with the flesh, as the Bible says but evil forces in heavenly places. no matter what good I do, it only counts to God where I place my trust. I pray that God continues to keep me that I don't open myself to get hurt from the ignorance of the world. I count all my negative situations as joy because it is developing my character. Its hard, tho because many times in my mind I take it personal. I
I ask God to guard my heart and mind from the attacks and help me not to feel sorry for myself. I am a servant of God and I expect hardship, however I know I am an overcomer.!! and nothing shall hurt me. I am nobody to receive anything, yet God gives me everything! My mind is healthy and my heart is healed, amongst other blessings. I hear from God...thats better than dumb awards and accolades from people who don't know or care about Jesus!

Why do 'people' get drunk on power? Because that's all it is . . . I work for a company where the Controller (the guy who hires and fires) is literally high on his own power. He'll bring you into his office (which always includes one of 'Yes' men/women) and he will berate you for the smallest detail. It's like smallest, most insignificant thing, but he blows it all out of proportion and says stuff like, "You've been warned about this numerous times and if it happens again, blah, blah, blah". I mean, it wouldn't hold up in a 'Wrongful Firing' lawsuit, he would lose!
The only thing that I can think of, is that, maybe while he was growing up, he must have gotten picked on a lot. You know, bullied a lot. So, now it's 'payback' time for anyone who works beneath him? But, why should we have to pay for what someone else did to him? You'd think that with his college education that he could see what he's doing and stop doing it!
You're saying in this video that maybe somehow God is allowing all of this stuff to happen because you're supposed to 'grow from it'? How does one 'grow from it' when you're being verbally abused, screamed at and humiliated every week? I'm an older worker and this man isn't all that much older than I am, BUT because of his position and knowing that I'm over 50, he knows how hard it is for senior citizens to find jobs, so he uses that fact to be able to abuse me.
I get that his bullying is 'to make himself feel better, because as long as he's not on the receiving end, he finally gets to experience what it's like to BE THE BULLY and he likes it' !! But, why am I the one that has to be the victim of this horrible man? What have I done to deserve this treatment?
I'm not in a position to where this story 'fits' -- I'm an older worker. There's no greener pastures or big opportunity coming from God that's waiting around the corner for me! So, what you're saying in this video, doesn't fit for me. I'm in a very hostile work environment and because I'm over the age of 55 and I'm being abused by a complete narcissist who's drunk on his own power, so I guess that I just have to take the abuse! The person who's being abusive ALSO KNOWS that me quitting would be a severe financial hardship for me (I will literally become homeless).
This man is satan incarnate! He spews venom like a snake. He's horrible! And he picks and chooses who he treats badly. So on this one side he's so nice to those he chooses to be nice to and on the other side you're treated as though you're hated.
Need an example of his behavior? He gives me a project to do and tells me when he wants it turned in by and so I take it and run with it, only to find out that he's given instructions to everyone that I need to get the information from "to not assist me, they're told by him that they're not allowed to give me any information". And, then afterwards, I get called into his office and I get told that I'm not doing an adequate job, that I'm failing!
There are evil people all over the U.S. who are in positions of power and they abuse that power every single day! They pick and choose who their victims are and they make your co-workers decide on a daily basis to side with them and back them.
I do the best that I can to avoid any contact with this man, but unfortunately for me, the one worker that has been at this company for years is retiring and this man is going to be addressing me on a daily basis -- because he's going to be bringing all of HER work to me and I already have a full plate. I'm in the Accounting Department and I do AR/AP for the company and I do not have any extra time! So, I'm probably going to end up fired. I've never been fired in my entire working life, never!
I know that God is probably mad at me, because I pray everyday for this man to die! I don't care how he dies, I just wish that God would strike him down! And, that's just to show you how abusive that he's been to me the past 10 years that I've worked there. I go home with my stomach hurting, my shoulders drawn. After the weekend draws to a close, I get bad anxiety knowing that I have to go back there on Monday morning!
I'm telling you he is satan in the flesh! I don't feel that I'm there because I'm supposed to learn any kind of a lesson.
Okay, I watched this video up until the part where the guy says, "Submit to the Authority" -- so I'm outta here. I'll die before I 'submit' to him, no way would I submit to him. He's SATAN ~!

I’m tired of hearing how the poorest Americans are in the top 1% of the world. It’s a HECK of a lot easier to be poor when everyone else in your country is too. It makes zero sense to compare your income with those in third world countries. They make less? Sure. But things also cost less. They also aren’t told every single day that their poverty is their own fault, and that all they have to do is work hard and they can have xyz.

Does anyone have to manage the teenagers that come in after school at their workplace I love working with the retired people they are awesome but some of these young kids they can be bullied some and so disrespectful and they look at us older generation like we're just the dumbest pieces of rocks I know it sounds crazy to feel bullied by teenagers but believe me it happens

In my line of work, there’s tons of corruption and abuse and the Bible says to expose it! Eph 5:11, 1 cor 4:5.
So when this happens Psm 32:8 he will tell you when to leave
