    I use a lot of print options and have found Printful quality good, but they are taking a long time for fulfillment this year. Also, customer service is spotty. They are easy to use and fairly cost-efficient so I usually start there. My print customers seem happy. I haven't seen the frames so I'm happy for the insight that they may be cheap looking. For higher-end items I go to other pricier PODs. I recently tried canvaschamp - wow, not happy with the extremely LONG processing and lackluster customer service! I will not use them again! Have not tried Gooten, but thanks for the tips. They seem to have a lot of options! (Just a heads up - your captions are reading Gooten as gluten!) :)

    Greetings, thanks so much for your help. I am brand new to this, although I did self-publish a book on amazon last year. I am based in Canada. My first question is about the international market and drop shipping. I understand that printify is now in the UK... My question is, for selling my designs on posters/ t-shirts/ stickers/ etc with worldwide distribution, do I set up an online shop with etsy/ shopify, and then use the resources of different POD companies, in different countries, to avoid high shipping costs and taxes (making my product more affordable to the customer). Thank you. Jay

    • @CreativeHiveCo
      @CreativeHiveCo  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Jay, if you are drop shipping using a POD service then they have their own shipping structures, and can likely integrate with website services. Here is an article specific to Printify's shipping set up: help.printify.com/en/articles/1665448-how-do-i-set-up-shipping

    Hello Mei! I make handmade soaps, and I would like to know if it's a good (or way too bad) idea to add print on demand products like towels, or soap dishes in my store. Or it's better to have a separate business or website only for POD products? Thank you, M!

    • @CreativeHiveCo
      @CreativeHiveCo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If it works with and jives with your niche, then yes. So towels and soap dishes obviously would pair nicely with soap, whereas something like cell phone cases would not. Just make sure they have the same vibe as the soaps you sell so your business stays cohesive.

    • @julycortescardenas
      @julycortescardenas 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CreativeHiveCo Awesome, but for example, Is it okay that the customer receives many packages from different locations, at different times? If they buy a soap (from NZ) + towel (from US)... It means, it would affect my brand in any way?

    • @CreativeHiveCo
      @CreativeHiveCo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would just disclose it in the listing, something like, this item is coming directly from the printer/warehouse/etc. and will arrive separately from the soap. That way you have it out there upfront and there's no surprises for the customers.

    • @CreativeHiveCo

    Have to say, I got a test print from printful and the quality wasn't great, which isn't really suprising considering they use 150dpi essentially half the resolution of normal print standard.
