I know Markus loves wearing those disco shirts. He is so smart to wear something similar to his host so that the focus can be on his host. He never fails to surprise me with how intelligent he is.

I would like to make a video suggestion. I would love to hear about the difference health/life choices between John and Markus. Both are raw vegan and healthy vibrant individuals but I would be interested in finding out why they chose different things. For example, John promotes juicing while Markus promotes herbal powders, John is a major proponent of gardening and Markus promotes wild herbs and purchases food, John eats multiple times in the day and Markus practices intermittent fasting. John’s major exercise is gardening Markus will go to the gym. These are just some suggestions I thought of as I enjoy learning from both of your channels.

Maybe Markus is more relatable for people that don't have land and John is more relatable for people who do. I live in an apartment so couldn't do what John does. I'm thankful Markus puts so much research and only the best in his powders so I can have that extra insurance when I can't get all my food in. I'm thankful for both of these guys and their knowledge and tips. xo
In their own way they are both great advertishments for vegans. I don't really care about their differences, each person has his own choices to make, nobody eats exactly the same.
They both look and sound amazing!
A primarily raw vegan diet sounds very restrictive but I think highlighting the different choices they have made in the raw vegan lifestyle could highlight the flexibility and options there are. I like learning from both as well.

The hairline, looks 20-23.
John is 50 and looks 30's.
I think Markus wins here.

For a less slippery danger trap in the shower, you can mix glycerin and salt to make a scrub. The salt will not dissolve in the glycerin, but both the salt and glycerin will dissolve readily in water upon rinsing.

The Kist Vegan 92 His face looks a bit chubbier in the face than normal. He needs to start exercising beyond just working in his garden. His hormone levels are really good for late forties, and more movement would help.

People say this about my skin and i'm 62.. It's the green juicing I have done, of course along with a living food lifestyle for almost 19 years. Now I live in Northern Thailand, and truly the moist humidity, along with the abundance of vitamin C rich tropical fruit, ( Including fresh durian, much cheaper here than southern Thailand).....the fresh Thai herbs and so many organically grown unusual greens, make this place one of Nature's natural 'youthing utopia's.' You both are precious. I eat a lot of fruit, both sweet and non sweet and herbaceous plants when it's spring and summer season. It's pure bliss. Now that we're moving into fall I'm moving to more greens, vegetable and earthy plants. I love to eat with the rhythms of nature.
We live in high speed mode, sacrifice our health, ignore the consequences, depend on fast food, md's & pharmacueticals to keep our bodies going, while actually killing ourselves. For what?! Thank you Markus and John! So Awesome! So simple, yet so profound! We need to see and hear rare treasures like this to show us that there is hope and that it is possible to just live Simply to take care of ourselves the way God intended. Not to have to live sick, worried and stressed out all the time. Thank you!
