    No question I feel better when I consistently consume sprouts and juice. It's my own testimony and of course anecdotal...but over the last couple years, I have really upped my sprout and raw food intake, as well as using my Nama J2 juicer. And as a result, my eyesight has improved to where I never wear glasses anymore. For most of my adult life, I always wore glasses when at a computer, driving at night, watching a movie, etc. (just not when outside doing physical activities or when sharp vision wasn't needed). I have been vegan for going on 8 years and experienced a lot of health benefits, but no change in my eyesight until more recently. I totally believe the vitality within raw/living foods is what heals best. I can now see very clear and haven't put my glasses on for well over a year🧝‍♂✌🌱

    Thank you for sharing this, it’s brought me clarity on why I’ve heard several people say that they felt worse or were unable to sustain a raw vegan 🌱 diet. After watching this it’s clear that making raw foods more easily digestible and the enzymes more available is when food becomes truly nourishing and nutrient dense. 🥰😇🥗🌞

    I have been following AW since the 80s. I went to PR for 2 weeks. It was not a great experience. The food was great, the massages, the colonics but there are many weaknesses to this program. Overall it was a 50/50 experience. They know AW but are limited in many other areas.

    I do eat sprouts, microgreens etc and love them, but I also feel bad; she mentioned eating 'potential', and I feel that I am depriving those plants from reaching their potential and taking more than I should be by consuming such a large amount of plants rather than waiting until one is a fully grown plant and taking a fair amount.
    Is this a fair and sustainable way of eating? Can everyone eat sprouts and micro greens and the world not run out of seeds? I hope the answer is yes as I benefit a lot from eating these.
    Can anyone help me to reframe this so it sits easier in the conciousness?
    Thank you

    • @okraw
      @okraw  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Much like humans that population has been growing exponentially, every living creatures goal is to REPRODUCE. For example one brocolli plant grown to flower and goes to seed can create up to 10,000 seeds. Of course, I recommend you to grow your own garden and intentionally grow some vegetables out to create seed to keep the cycle alive! I do this every year in my garden.

      @helentate - I find it very helpful to prayer over my food before eating, calling in the infinite I AM Source Love-Light to transmute in it any dark energy into light, and raise the frequency of the food further to its highest frequency. It takes seconds. I also speak directly to the food on my plate itself, expressing gratitude for its life, its nourishment and healing potential. I invite the food to continue on with its own evolution inside my body, as it becomes part of me - me also on a journey of spiritual evolution. It feels quite profound to do, a conscious way of acknowledging its life-force energy, and contemplating the perspective of the food on a new chapter, fulfilling its ultimate mission to nourish a life with its life. Know that energy is not killed or destroyed, but gets transformed. That it lives on - feeding, detoxifying, and rebuilding your tissues and cells within. No need to have negativity emotion over this, simply acknowledge a sincere appreciation for the living sprouts and other foods you are consuming. You can choose to see it that living foods are helping you and you are helping them.

    • @okraw

      At the institute, they do not use salt. They use dulse to get trace minerals. The salad dressings are not made from oil, they are made from sprouted and fermented nuts and seeds.

    I would imagine an unprocessed living foods diet is best - because once you start cutting everything - the nutritional value declines - as it starts getting 'cooked' by the air and environment, but after the salad talk - it seems it's unreasonable and unhealthy (or at least subpar) to processing a little - like into soup. Good to know.
