உண்மை.. மனிதனை மனிதனாக மதிக்க வைத்தது, கல்வி மருத்துவம் சுய உரிமை போன்ற பல வகையில் உண்மை...
எனது தாத்தா 1900 வருடம் ஒரு ஏழை குடும்பத்தில் பிறந்தவர். பனை ஏறும் தொழிலை செய்து வந்தனர். வெள்ளை க்காரா்கள் முயற்சியில் ஒரு ஓலைக் குடிசை தேவாலயம் எங்கள் பூர்வீக நிலத்தில் கட்டப்பட்டது. திங்கள் முதல் சனிக்கிழமை வரை பள்ளி க்கூடமாக செயல்பட்டது. ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை அன்று மட்டும் ஆராதனை நடைபெறும். அந்த பள்ளியில் எங்கள் தாத்தா 5 ம் வகுப்பு வரை படித்தார். அதன் பிறகு ஹார்வி மில்லில் வேலை பார்த்து, பின்னர் இலங்கைக்கு சென்று வேலை பார்த்து விட்டு பின் வியாபாரம் செய்து முன்னேறி பிறகு தாயகம் திரும்பினார். அன்று அவருக்கு 5 ம் வகுப்பு வரை படிக்க வைத்த ஆங்கிலேயர் கள் தான் எங்கள் குடும்ப த்தின் கல்வி, பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி க்கு காரணம். கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் பிற்பட்ட பகுதியில் பள்ளிகள் ஆரம்பித்ததால் கிறிஸ்தவ மக்கள் மட்டுமின்றி அப்பகுதி முழுவதும் உள்ள இந்துக்கள் கல்வி பெறவும் ஏதுவாயிற்று. தமிழகத்தில் பிற்பட்ட, தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட மக்களின் கல்வி, பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி கிறிஸ்தவ மிஷனரிகளின் தியாகத்தால்தான் ஆரம்பித்து வைக்கப்பட்டது.
அது உண்மைதான் .அதற்காக உங்கள் குடும்பமும் சிலரும் நன்றியுள்ள வர்க்கமாக கிறித்துவக் தில் சேர்ந்திருக்கலாம் .அதற்காக எங்கள் நாட்டின் பாரம்பரியத்தையே புரட்டிப் போட நினைக்கலாமா.
நாம் இந்தியர் எங்கள் மதம் இந்துமதம் அதுதான் சரி.

என்னது? கிருத்துவர்களாலே இந்த உலகம் வாழ்கிறதா? உயர்கிறதோ? டேய் நீ எந்த உலகத்துலடா இருக்க. இந்து தர்மம் தான் உயர்ந்தது என்று சொல்லி நிறைய கீருஸ்தவர்கள் இந்தியாவுக்கு வந்து உண்மை எது என்று அறிந்து விட்டு போகிறார்கள். அது தெரியுமா உமக்கு?
