For some of the more dirtier places let the product sit for 5-8 minutes so the product can absorb into the carpet so you can really get that good deep nice clean

Not just make up. Your hands are leaking bodyly fluids as well, which will dry to get sticky and hard. So this is actually not just make up. Disgusting anyways. BR a worker in an hotel.
Haidyn Williams no it’s not??? Maybe if you’re a slob yeah?? Just keep wet wipes in the car and wipe up fresh spills, vacuum every so often, and wash the windows regularly and you’re good.
It’s pretty hard to keep it clean all the time. My car isn’t so messy but it’s not always 100% clean. I got mine before my 16 birthday and I’m almost 21, meaning it’s not always easy for me to clean it regularly. Definitely not letting it go even half as far as the car in the video though!

The dealership where I bought my used car “detailed” my car before I drove it home. Yesterday I found a McDonald’s receipt from 2012 between the seats. I bought the car in 2019 :/

Yea, I worked at 2 used car dealerships when I was in high school. The first one, held me to this kind of detailing standard, which was great! Now when I look at used cars on a car lot, its just vacuumed and "interior dressing" slathered all over the place. My wife and I bought a new Tahoe a year or so ago, and we started looking at their used options first, and I about slid off the damn seat because of all the crap they put on it. It ruined the car for me... I told the sales guy that and he was just like, yea, ok...

Some women apply foundation with their fingers and then don't wash their hands. A friend of mine used to so this and her steering wheel looked like that 😂

I feel like my car isn’t as bad as these and my “detail” job cost me over a 100 and not one stain was gone I fact my seats were soaked for days and I couldn’t get my money back. I would love to bring my car too you!
Yeah speaking as a detailer.. details cost far more than 100 dollars in most cases. Also some stains really just don’t want to come out. Coffee is one of those 😬 leave it in the car for like 5 months and bam... you got a stain that’ll never come out
four babie never tried getting that out but I’d say try using a steamer and maybe an all purpose cleaner of some kind. Then a rag or a shop vac to get what’s left out. If it’s in carpet try a steamer and a brush with an extractor...?

After watching some of your videos, I detailed my wife’s Pilot. Pulled the seats, did everything you do in your vids. Totally exhausted at the end of the day - mad props to you.
I have heard this from quite a few people on TH-cam lately.. the great thing about these channels is it teaches everyone so much and gives them all the tips they need to try to tackle their own, but a lot of people are surprised and somewhat overwhelmed with just how physically demanding it is.. I average 6-9 hours per vehicle and I tell ya, when I am done I am wiped... good on you for doing that for your wife, those Pilots are big vehicles too so it is a ton of work..
I also wondered than again you never know they might give him and he might donate it to charity after the box is full.. never judge a book by its cover..
I've never had my car detailed, but growing up my parents taught me to take good care of my car. So I vacuum 1 time every 3ish months and clean the rest of the interior regularly. Car washes with wax are monthly for me!
Bought my own shop vac and cleaning supplies and have now been detailing my car! Costed me a pretty penny but definitely go to a coin car was with wax and then detail your own vehicles! I do it at least once every 2-3 weeks on my daily 2017 BMW X3, and whenever I take out my weekend car a 2011 Mercedes E350 Coupe
No, but an ex-girlfriend detailed my car for my birthday once. Personally, I think she did it more for her then for me, but it was still a nice gesture. Did a pretty good job too.
Stephanie Vineyard i doubt he does. he may, but when detailing, there's always loud noises: drill brush, vacuum, extractor, pressure washer, etc. When I'm detailing, i usually have earbuds in, but he doesn't, so i'm not too sure.

I love listening to music when detailing... my wife says she looks out sometimes when I am doing a customers car and catches me dancing or singing along.. neighbors probably think I'm nuts but I like it, cuts out all the noise and makes the time go by.. I have watched a ton of his video's and don't recall seeing him wear any ear buds or headphones , so not too sure if he does or not..
I’ve never brought the old truck to a detailer! I’ve always just vacuumed it out and wiped it down. But I’m slowly trying to learn how to really detail it! After this video I’m eating and having some coffee then actually starting the deep clean for it! Lol we worked on my husbands car last week and it’s awesome. This weekend it’s my cars turn. I already scrubbed the rims last night, they had YEARS of build up on them. It was so bad. I’m so happy I was able to make them look so much nicer.
Also, I’ve learned that even if you can’t get a stain out, just remember that you’re doing a deep clean for your car, you’re getting that germs and dirt out which is awesome and so much better for yourself and said car.
It is, but it's so pathetically bland you can see why he would randomly think it's a Buick. One look and you'll say "yeah, I can see that going 10 under the limit with the turn signal on for miles".
I own a Milan and people have called it a Buick and a Lincoln. It may be bland but I have owned mine for 11 years. It has been carefully maintained and has been incredibly reliable.
I have a Buick Enclave which I'm obsessively in love with and before that I had a Buick Ranier I loved, which they no longer make. I never thought I'd be a Buick girl but here we are! 😅

Zach when mercury was around it was the step between Lincoln and Ford. Ford was the low quality Ford. If you look up the Mercury Grand Marquis, it’s called a luxury sedan, while the crown Vic is just called a sedan. “All a mercury is is a poor man’s Lincoln, and the Ford is a working man’s car.” It’s how it was. There’s a reason the Mercury’s cost around 30% more for the same car. (I’ve owned 6 Crown vics and now a Mercury grand marquis, trust me. The mercury is a lot nicer than every Vic I’ve had, it’s even nicer than my excursion or my 2006 Z71 Subruban.)
I'm not a professional detailer, but in the summers I detail all my family's and neighbor's cars. I learned most of my tips from you! Alhough, I found hard bristle brushes work better than the lilly brush, but you have to be very careful not to pull on fibers too much
21:23 first roll down the window a tiny bit first then wipe the rest of the window. 23:56 shift the gears to clean the other side, I think. Stauffer may have done so but not shown in the vid.
I drive a relatively luxury cross-over car and could afford detailing if I wanted to, but I only do a pro detail once or rarely twice a year. Every weekend I spend couple of hours with my car and clean it myself. I enjoy doing that, gives me a good workout, great satisfaction and it keeps my car very clean. Do your best at home, keep it regular and thats all it takes.
Tino Z aye man most details aren’t from extremely dirty cars 🤷🏽♂️ in-fact most are extremely clean sport cars that need slight touch ups. But those touch ups are EXPENSIVE. This is coming from a detailer, I agree with you 😂 never would let my car get that bad.
Andrew Reichel pretty sure he got into detailing as a hobby. In order to have content and find the best transformations, it would make sense to offer it for free. He likely makes way more through TH-cam than he would charging for the detail
Yes, I had my Honda Accord detailed back in the 90's, and when I picked it up it looked better than when I first bought it from the dealer! The detailer is no longer in business, but they were really great!
For stubborn grease stains use a product called “LAs Awesome Cleaner”. You can find at Dollar General or Family Dollar. It’s cheap AND it works!! www.dollargeneral.com/las-awesome-cleaner.html

I think it's probably sunscreen, not makeup. I get that same gunky residue on my steering wheel and gear shift after I use a bunch of sunscreen.
Make up gets like that after continuous use. Doesn’t happen quickly it’s overtime. I’ve seen it a bunch, luckily comes off easily.

Stephanie Vineyard i doubt he does. he may, but when detailing, there's always loud noises: drill brush, vacuum, extractor, pressure washer, etc. When I'm detailing, i usually have earbuds in, but he doesn't, so i'm not too sure.
lol.. I love listening to music when detailing... my wife says she looks out sometimes when I am doing a customers car and catches me dancing or singing along.. neighbors probably think I'm nuts but I like it, cuts out all the noise and makes the time go by..
I have watched a ton of his video's and don't recall seeing him wear any ear buds or headphones , so not too sure if he does or not..
I’ve never brought the old truck to a detailer! I’ve always just vacuumed it out and wiped it down. But I’m slowly trying to learn how to really detail it! After this video I’m eating and having some coffee then actually starting the deep clean for it! Lol we worked on my husbands car last week and it’s awesome. This weekend it’s my cars turn. I already scrubbed the rims last night, they had YEARS of build up on them. It was so bad. I’m so happy I was able to make them look so much nicer.

Also, I’ve learned that even if you can’t get a stain out, just remember that you’re doing a deep clean for your car, you’re getting that germs and dirt out which is awesome and so much better for yourself and said car.

Usually detail my car and my wife’s 2-3 times per year. Would like to do more often, as I find it very satisfying.

It is, but it's so pathetically bland you can see why he would randomly think it's a Buick. One look and you'll say "yeah, I can see that going 10 under the limit with the turn signal on for miles".
I own a Milan and people have called it a Buick and a Lincoln. It may be bland but I have owned mine for 11 years. It has been carefully maintained and has been incredibly reliable.
I have a Buick Enclave which I'm obsessively in love with and before that I had a Buick Ranier I loved, which they no longer make.
I never thought I'd be a Buick girl but here we are! 😅

Zach when mercury was around it was the step between Lincoln and Ford. Ford was the low quality Ford. If you look up the Mercury Grand Marquis, it’s called a luxury sedan, while the crown Vic is just called a sedan. “All a mercury is is a poor man’s Lincoln, and the Ford is a working man’s car.” It’s how it was. There’s a reason the Mercury’s cost around 30% more for the same car. (I’ve owned 6 Crown vics and now a Mercury grand marquis, trust me. The mercury is a lot nicer than every Vic I’ve had, it’s even nicer than my excursion or my 2006 Z71 Subruban.)

I'm not a professional detailer, but in the summers I detail all my family's and neighbor's cars. I learned most of my tips from you! Alhough, I found hard bristle brushes work better than the lilly brush, but you have to be very careful not to pull on fibers too much

Never had my car detailed, would love to tho. Just can’t afford it being a student so I do my best at home.
Do what he does. Anybody and everybody can handle a vacuum, bucket and sponge.
Any able human, age 8 to 80 years old, can do it.
I drive a relatively luxury cross-over car and could afford detailing if I wanted to, but I only do a pro detail once or rarely twice a year. Every weekend I spend couple of hours with my car and clean it myself. I enjoy doing that, gives me a good workout, great satisfaction and it keeps my car very clean. Do your best at home, keep it regular and thats all it takes.

The levers on the sides of the seats indicate that they are manual to recline the seat... The electrical component connected is for the heated seats.
Or he took the seats out before he removed the battery but put that clip of removing the battery before the clip of removing the seats

Tino Z aye man most details aren’t from extremely dirty cars 🤷🏽♂️ in-fact most are extremely clean sport cars that need slight touch ups. But those touch ups are EXPENSIVE. This is coming from a detailer, I agree with you 😂 never would let my car get that bad.

Andrew Reichel pretty sure he got into detailing as a hobby. In order to have content and find the best transformations, it would make sense to offer it for free. He likely makes way more through TH-cam than he would charging for the detail

Yes, I had my Honda Accord detailed back in the 90's, and when I picked it up it looked better than when I first bought it from the dealer! The detailer is no longer in business, but they were really great!

Tip: When cleaning steering wheels and shifter knobs , I use a leather cleaner. It keeps the parts from becoming sticky .
